Food Vendors

This application is for food vendors. Under this selection you are licsened to sale food only. No bevearages can be sold under the food vendor licsence. Review the entire Terms & Conditions / Vendor Agreement before completing the Vendor application. It is important to confirm all contact information on the application is accurate, as we will use this information to communicate with you leading up to the event and on the day(s) of the event.

Juneteenth Atlanta attracts a diverse culture-centered audience of motivated buyers, sellers, and collectors. With two full days of shopping, event activities, entertainment, and family fun Juneteenth Atlanta is a must attend event for all.

I understand and agree that the following terms and conditions outlined in this document apply to me. I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless Juneteenth Atlanta Parade and Music Festival, its partners, vendors, sponsors. affiliates, designees, organizers, associates, and board members from any and all claims which are brought by, or on my behalf, and which are in any way connected with my participation in the festival and parade.
 
In consideration, I am permitted to participate in activities organized or operated by Juneteenth Atlanta Parade and Music Festival, I, the party involved hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
 
1. I have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Juneteenth Atlanta Parade and Music Festival Code of Conduct and other Juneteenth Atlanta Parade and Music Festival policies and procedures posted on the Juneteenth Atlanta Parade and Music Festival website.
 
2. I understand and agree that the Juneteenth Atlanta Parade and Music Festival policies and procedures, and the terms and conditions of participation set out in the vendor guidelines are always effective and apply to me when present in and around the Event venue, the Juneteenth Atlanta Parade route and during Juneteenth Atlanta Parade and Music Festival.
 
3. I acknowledge and agree that the completion and submitting of the Vendor application, or acceptance of event badge, or other form of admission issued by Juneteenth Atlanta Parade and Music Festival constitutes acceptance of agreement to the following: (a) Releases Juneteenth Atlanta Parade and Music Festival from any liability for loss or damage to persons or property, infringement of any right, or any claim or cause of action of any kind. (b) Authorizes and permits Juneteenth Atlanta Parade and Music Festival and its designees to use my name, voice, and likeness and all reproduction thereof in all media now and hereafter known for all purposes in perpetuity. (c) Agrees to comply with all festival and parade rules and regulations. 
 
4. I understand that the festival and/or parade in which I will participate is of a voluntary nature. I further understand that some of the vendor activities involve physical activities, including but not limited to lifting light weight items, walking, attaching / assembling banners and signage, and assembling event tents and may be inherently dangerous and may carry the rise of serious or grievous injuries, including bodily injury, damage to personal property and/or death. I understand the nature of vendor activities and represent that I am qualified and have no health problems, medical issues, or disabilities that would not allow me to participate in such vendor activities. 
 
5. Should it be necessary for me to receive medical care while participating as a Juneteenth Atlanta Parade and Music Festival Vendor, I give the Juneteenth Atlanta Parade and Music Festival personnel permission to use reasonable discretion in obtaining medical care for me, and grant permission to any physician or other qualified medical providers, including but not limited to nurses and ambulance personnel to render whatever medical care they deem necessary & that all charges for services, equipment, and supplies incurred for such treatment shall be my sole responsibility, and agree to pay for all that was associated with rendering medical care to me.

Vendor No-Refund Policy

All vendor fees for participation in the festival are non-refundable. By submitting payment, vendors acknowledge and agree that their space has been reserved and removed from available inventory.

This no-refund policy applies to all circumstances, including but not limited to: vendor cancellation, scheduling conflicts, inclement weather, low attendance, or unforeseen personal or business circumstances. The festival will take place rain or shine unless conditions pose a safety risk.

In the event the festival is canceled by organizers due to extreme or unsafe conditions, fees may be applied as a credit toward a future event at the discretion of the Juneteenth Atlanta organization, but refunds will not be issued.

Vendors are responsible for reviewing all event details prior to registration. By registering, vendors agree to all terms outlined in this policy.
