Spaces are assigned as applications are received. A completed application and payment online must be received be fore yout space is confirmed. The space fee is $40 per space, you will ONLY be charged if your application is approved.
NO REFUNDS: There are no refunds of fees as they are used for promotional materials and other event costs.
WEATHER: The event will continue as scheduled as long as the weather allows us to continue to operate safely. In the event of inclement weather a decision will ne made by the Main Street director if there will be a rescheduled date.
VENDOR SPACE: Each vendor space will be 10x10 on Jackson Street in downtown Forsyth. No additional materials will be provided (tent, tent weights, tables, clothing racks, shelves, etc). Any items must NOT go beyound yout outlined space. All tents must be weighed down for safety. Tent stakes will not be able to be used, as we will be on pavement.
SPOT REQUESTS: Vendor locations will be decided by Main Street director, we are unable to accept vendor space requests.
SETUP: Setup will run from 9:00am- 10:30am, all vendors must be setup and ready for event to begin at 11am. Cars will be allowed for load in, but will need to be removed before 10:30am.
BREAKDOWN: Vendors are encouraged to remain setup for the entire event, in the case of an emergency please contact Main Street director so that you can load out safely. After the event all vendors are responsible for cleaning up all items in their space and removing them from the property.

- Home baked and processed food such as bread, jellies, jams, preserves, and pickles are welcome, but they must come from a licensed kitchen approved by the Georgia Department of Agriculture. The vendor is responsible for obtaining that license and any other necessary licenses and bringing copies for the market manager to keep.
