Welcome! We’re excited to invite passionate food, beverage, and artisan vendors to apply for a spot at the Flavors of THE CHI Festival, a vibrant celebration of the city’s rich culinary and cultural diversity.
***Accepted Vendor Categories***:
- Food & Beverage (prepared on-site or packaged)
- Dessert & Specialty Treats
- Non-Alcoholic Beverages
- Artisan Food Products (jams, sauces, baked goods, etc.)
- Cultural/Handmade Goods (related to CHICAGO or food culture)
General Info & Requirements:
All vendors must complete the application form with a menu/product list, photos, and relevant permits (e.g., food handler’s license, DOH permit, and COI).
Booth spaces are limited and curated to ensure diversity and quality.
All vendors must comply with Georgia Department of Health and event safety regulations.
***Event Protocol***:
Setup: Vendors may begin setting up during designated hours the morning of the event.
Breakdown: Vendors must remain open for the full event duration and complete breakdown within assigned time slots.
Parking: Load-in and parking instructions will be provided upon acceptance. Limited vendor parking is available nearby.
***Food Management***:
All food must be stored, prepared, and served in sanitary conditions.
Vendors must provide their own handwashing stations, proper fire extinguishers, electricity and lighting, grease tarpsBy participating in the Flavors of New York Festival, vendors agree to the following:
Space is limited; acceptance is not guarantee
All vendor fees are non-refundable, including cancellations or no-show
Permits & Complian
Vendors must obtain and display all required permit
Compliance with GEORGIA health and safety regulations is mandator
Setup & Operations
Vendors must follow designated setup and breakdown time
Booths must remain open for the full event duration
Food Safety & Was
Maintain sanitary conditions and safe food temperature
Waste, grease, and gray water must be disposed of in approved areas onl
Parking & Load-
Follow all parking, load-in, and load-out instructions provided by event staf
Vehicles must be removed immediately after unloadin
Insurance & Liabilibility
Vendors are responsible for carrying liability insuranc
The event is not liable for loss, damage, theft, or injur
Conduct & Remov
Professional conduct is expected. Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refun
Event may proceed rain or shine; no refunds will be issued due to weather or other unforeseen change

Waste disposal, grease management, and sustainability practices must be followed—no dumping on-site.
