Beer Garden - Brewery / Bar Registration
About the application
Participation Fee: FREE Beer vendors will provide:
- Enough beer to sample 500-600 attendees that have 3oz sample cups (can be different varieties)
- Jockey Box or Trash Cans to keep kegs cool, or coolers for bottles/cans
- Tent, chairs, marketing materials & signage (everything required for booth set up, including weights / sandbags to secure tents. NO STAKING INTO THE GROUND since it's concrete.) First come will be under the large pavilion on Main St.
- Personnel to work serve during the event (we can help with volunteers to help pour if needed
- In-brewery and social media promotion for the event Each participating vendor will be contacted at least one month prior to the Festival to review the products that will be served.
- There may also be an option to also having a vendor booth out in the main event as well to sell.

Brewery/Bar Receives:
- 10x10 booth space & complimentary ice to keep beer cool
- Listed on shamrocktherose.com
- 6ft table for sampling
- Dump bucket to use for discards
Breweries must arrive by 3p and be ready to serve by 5p. Be prepared to close at 9p.
