Welcome to the Moonlight Movie Series Food Vendor Application! We are excited to announce that MOSAIC at Chatham Park is gearing up for an incredible movie series in 2026. We invite imaginative and passionate food trucks + vendors to collaborate with us in creating unforgettable events. Our Moonlight Movie Series draws in over 500 attendees each movie night!


By participating, you will have a wonderful opportunity to showcase your business to a varied audience, connect with the local community, and be part of a celebration centered around film.

Experience our nostalgic Drive-In Movie Nights at MOSAIC at Chatham Park —where you can relax with your favorite crew, enjoy classic flicks, sip soda and munch popcorn from the confines of your car. Grab your lawn chairs and blankets for an evening of cinema under the stars!

Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Moonlight Movie Series! We are excited to have you as a food vendor at this year's event. To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and successful experience for everyone, please review the following terms and conditions carefully.


Application and Selection


Application Process: All potential vendors must complete an application form by March 31st, 2026. 


Selection Criteria: Vendors will be selected based on culinary diversity, quality, sustainability practices, and experience with large events.


Notification: Selected vendors will be notified via email 3 to 5 business days after submitting their application.

 

Health and Safety


Licensing: Vendors must possess a valid food service license + verification of food sales with Chatham County and comply with local health department regulations.


Sanitation: All vendors are required to maintain clean and sanitary booths at all times. 


Safety Equipment: Vendors must equip their booths with fire extinguishers and first-aid kits.


Operational Guidelines


Setup and Breakdown: Vendors are required to set up by 5:15 PM on event days and must not begin breakdown before 9:00 PM.


Operating Hours: Food service should be available from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM on the day of the event.


Liability and Insurance


Insurance Coverage: Vendors are required to maintain liability insurance.


Indemnification: Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the 2026 Beach Music Series organizers from any claims arising from their participation.


Code of Conduct


Professionalism: All vendors and their staff are expected to conduct themselves professionally and courteously at all times.


Compliance: Vendors must comply with all event policies and instructions provided by event staff.

  • Do you understand that you must provide your own generator for power supply?
  • Do you acknowledge that all food vendors are required to be on-site for setup by 5:15 PM for each movie night hosted at the drive-in movie parking lot for the 2026 Moonligh Movie Series?
  • Do you permit MOSAIC at Chatham Park and its partner entities to utilize your logo and business information for marketing/advertisment purposes?
