Welcome to the Blast From the Past Music Series Beverage Vendor Application! We are thrilled to announce that MOSAIC at Chatham Park is preparing for an amazing fall concert series in 2026. We invite creative and enthusiastic beverage trucks/vendors to join us in crafting unforgettable events. Our Blast From the Past Music Series attracts over 1,200 attendees per concert!

 

By participating, you'll have a fantastic opportunity to showcase your business to a diverse audience, engage with the local community, and be part of a celebration that highlights dancing, connection, and unity. Whether your offerings include beer, wine, lemonade, tea, or hot chocolate, we can't wait to see what you bring to the table!

About the event

Step back in time and dance through the decades at the Blast from the Past Music Series, powered by Brightspeed! Join us at the Tommy Edwards Stage at the Philip H. Kohl MOSAIC Family Commons for a night of throwback tunes that’ll have every generation singing along. From the groovy 60’s to the pop hits of the 2000’s, this event celebrates the best music across the eras. Get ready to relive the soundtrack of the decades at MOSAIC!

Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Blast From the Past Music Series! We are excited to have you as a beverage vendor at this year's event. To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and successful experience for everyone, please review the following terms and conditions carefully.


Application and Selection


Application Process: All potential vendors must complete an application form by February 22nd, 2026. 


Selection Criteria: Vendors will be selected based on beverage diversity, quality, sustainability practices, and experience with large events.


Notification: Selected vendors will be notified via email between February 23rd to March 6th.

Health and Safety


Licensing: Vendors must possess a special event alcohol permit with Chatham County and comply with local health department regulations.


Sanitation: All vendors are required to maintain clean and sanitary booths at all times. 


Safety Equipment: Vendors must equip their booths with fire extinguishers and first-aid kits.


Operational Guidelines


Setup and Breakdown: Vendors are required to set up by 5:15 PM on event days and must not begin breakdown before 9:00 PM.


Operating Hours: Beverage service should be available from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM on the day of the event.


Liability and Insurance


Insurance Coverage: Vendors are required to maintain liability insurance.


Indemnification: Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the 2026 Beach Music Series organizers from any claims arising from their participation.


Code of Conduct


Professionalism: All vendors and their staff are expected to conduct themselves professionally and courteously at all times.


Compliance: Vendors must comply with all event policies and instructions provided by event staff.

  • Do you understand that if you cancel without (minimum) two week notice OR do not attend more than 1 scheduled date you were registered for you will not be allowed back to a MOSAIC event for the remainder of the season?
  • Do you understand that if you are serving alcohol you must obtain a special event alcohol sale permit by your event date, or you forgo your spot at the MOSAIC Event Series?
  • Do you understand that you must provide your own generator for power supply?
  • Do you acknowledge that all beverage vendors are required to be on-site for setup by 5:15 PM for each event in the 2026 Blast From the Past Music Series?
  • Do you permit MOSAIC at Chatham Park and its partner entities to utilize your logo and business information for marketing/advertisment purposes?
