Welcome to the Blast From the Past Music Series Food Vendor Application! We are excited to share that MOSAIC at Chatham Park is gearing up for an incredible fall concert series in 2026, and we invite innovative and spirited food trucks/vendors to join us in creating unforgettable events. Our Blast From the Past Music Series draws over 1,200 attendees for each concert!
By participating, you'll have a wonderful opportunity to showcase your culinary creations to a diverse crowd, connect with the local community, and be part of a celebration that emphasizes dancing, connection, and unity. Whether your food truck/vendor offers gourmet international cuisine, cherished comfort foods, or something uniquely creative, we are eager to see your contributions!

Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Blast From the Past Music Series! We are excited to have you as a food vendor at this year's event. To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and successful experience for everyone, please review the following terms and conditions carefully.
Application and Selection
Application Process: All potential vendors must complete an application form by February 22nd, 2026.
Selection Criteria: Vendors will be selected based on culinary diversity, quality, sustainability practices, and experience with large events.
Notification: Selected vendors will be notified via email between February 23rd to March 6th.
Health and Safety
Licensing: Vendors must possess a valid food service license + verification of food sales with Chatham County and comply with local health department regulations.
Sanitation: All vendors are required to maintain clean and sanitary booths at all times.
Safety Equipment: Vendors must equip their booths with fire extinguishers and first-aid kits.
Operational Guidelines
Setup and Breakdown: Vendors are required to set up by 5:15 PM on event days and must not begin breakdown before 9:00 PM.
Operating Hours: Food service should be available from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM on the day of the event.
Liability and Insurance
Insurance Coverage: Vendors are required to maintain liability insurance.
Indemnification: Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the 2026 Beach Music Series organizers from any claims arising from their participation.
Code of Conduct
Professionalism: All vendors and their staff are expected to conduct themselves professionally and courteously at all times.
Compliance: Vendors must comply with all event policies and instructions provided by event staff.
