Food Vendor

Vendors commit to the following dates and times... Thursday, May 28th (Set-up & Arrival)*You may set-up and open for sales after 5P on Thursday; Friday, May 29th 11am-8pm; and Saturday, May 30th 11am-8pm. Estimated attendance numbers:2000-3000 attendees.

Deposit of $250 needed with completed contract (Deposit is Non-Refundable After March 1st, 2026). *You won't be charged until approval*  An additional charge may be applied based on size of food vending space requested. WHAT WE PROVIDE: Electricity and water are provided upon request.  Dumpsters are also available for your convenience.
 
MENU/SIGNAGE: Please provide your menu items on the application; we do not want to have numerous vendors selling the same thing so it is not guaranteed that you will be able to offer your entire menu. We will tell you what items have been approved in your acceptance letter.  Menu Display Boards with pricing using a minimum of 1” bold lettering (visible from 10’ away) are required and must always be visible.   
 
INSURANCE/HEALTH DEPARTMENT: Proof of liability insurance is required to be submitted once your application has been accepted.   Local and state health codes must be adhered to.  For more information contact District Health Department #10, 916 Diana St., Ludington, MI 49431, (231) 316-8556, www.dhd10.org.
 
GREASE/TRASH:  No grease or gray water is to be poured onto the ground or down any drains. Anyone found doing this will be asked to leave the event.  You are responsible for any & all environmental cleanup costs.  Trash: Vendors are responsible to properly bag trash within your sales location.  A dumpster is provided for your convenience.
 
WATER/ICE: Please bring appropriate hoses, hose connections, & transport buckets and ice bags.  Water at the park is not currently undergoing Health Department review.
 
ELECTRIC:  Please clearly list your electrical needs on the application.  Electrical needs not specifically stated on application are not guaranteed.  You are required to provide 30/50/100 amp extension cords  110, 30 amp or 50amp available.  Damage caused to electrical equipment by unauthorized vendors will be held liable for the cost of repairs.  Additional or special electrical need requested on-site may result in additional fees
Tear down cannot take place before 8PM on Saturday.

The Silver Lake Sand Dunes Jeep Invasion shall retain control over all portions of the licensed premises. This agreement is based on the stipulation that SLSD Jeep Invasion is granting the concessionaire the right to use the facilities and are not leasing or renting any portion of the premises, such as the kitchen for food concession agreements.
