About the application

Greetings, esteemed artisans and merchants! We invite you to apply as a guest vendor at Robin Hood's Medieval Faire, whether for one weekend or several, during our five-week event filled with the magic and spirit of Robin Hood and his merry band of outlaws.

As the sun casts its golden rays upon the greenwood, our fair town comes alive with mirth, music, and the hustle and bustle of merrymakers. This year's faire is themed after the legendary tales of Robin Hood, that gallant outlaw who roamed Sherwood Forest with his band of merry companions, fighting against injustice and spreading joy to all.

We are seeking vendors whose offerings align with the charm and magic of this medieval era, providing our visitors with a truly immersive experience. Picture your tent nestled amidst the vibrant tapestries, aromatic mead, and the lively tunes of minstrels – an opportunity to showcase your crafts, arts, and provisions to an eager and captivated audience.

Should you have any inquiries or require further details, feel free to send a carrier pigeon or dispatch a missive to our vendor coordinator at merchants@robinhoodsfaire.com.

Join us in bringing the spirit of Robin Hood to life, as we create a tapestry of memories and enchantment for all who enter our faire gates.
