GVL Fit Fest is Greenville’s ultimate fitness and music festival, bringing energy, movement, and music to Fluor Field and supporting March of Dimes. Sponsored by Lululemon, this one-day celebration blends high-intensity workouts, live DJs, and local talent with a vibrant lineup of food trucks, restaurants, gyms, and wellness vendors. Expect a full-body experience—train hard, dance harder, and connect with the Upstate's best in health and lifestyle. Whether you’re into yoga, HIIT, lifting, or just here for the vibes, GVL Fit Fest is where fitness meets festival

This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Food Vendor Requirements – Festival Participation

To be considered as a food vendor for GVL FIT FEST, please review and adhere to the following requirements:

Application Requirements

• Completed vendor application submitted by August 31st

• Proof of business license and liability insurance

• Copy of DHEC (Department of Health and Environmental Control) mobile food permit valid in South Carolina.

Food Truck Setup

• Truck must arrive fully self-contained with a quiet generator if power is needed (limited electricity may be available by request).

• Setup must be complete 1 hour prior to event start and remain on-site for the full duration of the event.

• Trucks must provide their own trash disposal (gray water, grease, and waste removal not provided).

• Serving window must face designated public space and be clearly marked with menu and pricing.

Operational Guidelines

• Menu items must be approved in advance; no selling of alcoholic beverages unless pre-approved.

• Trucks must comply with all fire and safety regulations, including fire extinguisher and propane safety protocols.

• Prices must be clearly displayed and consistent throughout the event.

• Staff must wear gloves and maintain sanitary food-handling procedures at all times.

On-Site Details

• Check-in required upon arrival.

• Vendors will receive a designated load-in time and location. No early departures permitted.

• Load-out begins only after event concludes and crowd has cleared.

Marketing & Promotion

• Vendors are encouraged to promote their participation via social media.

• GVL FIT FEST reserves the right to use vendor logos or images for promotional purposes.

Fees & Payment

• Vendor fee: $475 due upon acceptance.

• Refunds are not issued for no-shows or cancellations within 10 days of the event.
