Vendor Application – 5th Annual Spring in the Park

Time: 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Location: Baird Park, Sawmills, NC
We are now accepting vendor applications for the 5th Annual Spring in the Park, a popular outdoor event that celebrates small businesses, creativity, and community. This family-friendly festival features a wide range of vendors, food, music, and kids’ activities, drawing a large crowd each year.
Vendor categories include:
Handmade and craft items
Boutiques and retail merchandise
Food vendors ( Food Trucks please apply though the Food Truck Application)
Art and creative goods
Nonprofits and community organizations
All vendor spaces are 10x10 unless otherwise noted.
Please note:
No electricity is available
No water hookup is provided
No Wi-Fi access is available
Tent weights are required for all canopy setups
Vendors must bring everything needed for their setup, including tents, tables, displays, and any necessary equipment. Once your application is approved, you will be given access to select your booth location from the available spots.

Terms and Conditions – 5th Annual Spring in the Park
Event Date: May 9, 2026 | Time: 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM | Location: Baird Park, Sawmills, NC
By submitting a vendor application, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
General PoliciesAll events are rain or shine. There are no weather-related refunds.
Tent weights are required for all canopies. Vendors without proper tent weights may not be allowed to set up.
No electricity, water hookup, or Wi-Fi will be provided at the event. Vendors must be fully self-sufficient.
Vendors are responsible for bringing all items needed for setup, including tables, tents, chairs, and displays.
In The Park Events LLC and any partners, staff, volunteers, or sponsors are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.
Accepted vendors will receive a detailed confirmation email with event rules, including setup instructions, parking information, and load-in/load-out procedures.
We reserve the right to remove any vendor, without refund, who:
Fails to follow event rules or instructions from staff
Violates local, state, or federal laws
Displays inappropriate or unsafe behavior
Misrepresents their products or services
Full payment is required at the time of application, unless a scheduled payment is requested.
If requesting a scheduled payment, you must specify a payment date in the "Special Request" section of your application. This date must be within 30 days of submission.
If the event is 60 days or less away, scheduled payments will not be allowed—full payment is required upfront.
If a scheduled payment fails, you will receive a notification email. You will have 48 hours to respond and request a retry. If no response is received, your application will be canceled, your spot forfeited, and any administrative fees are non-refundable.
If you cancel before your scheduled payment is processed, a $30 cancellation fee per space will be charged.
If you have paid in full and choose to cancel:
You may receive a refund minus a $15 cancellation fee per space
Refunds are only issued if we are able to fill your spot and the cancellation is made more than 45 days before the event
Cancellations made within 45 days of the event are non-refundable
Non-refundable fees include:
Application fee
Administrative fee
Any fees paid for a specific booth location
Booth fees are non-transferable to future events.
Failure to show up for the event without prior notice will result in being banned from future events. If you contact us in advance, we will do our best to work with you. We understand that emergencies happen and appreciate communication.

Additional information
- Description of the items you will be selling. You cannot sell political, sexual, racial etc... items at the event. We want to make sure we put on a fun and safe family event.
- NC Sales Tax ID - this is your sale tax ID with NC, this is not your social security or your EIN. You get this for free at https://www.ncdor.gov/taxes-forms/sales-and-use-tax/sales-and-use-tax-registration
- By signing this application, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions provided on the first page of this application, including payment, refund, cancellation, and vendor policies. I understand that submission of this application constitutes a binding agreement to comply with all event requirements, and that failure to follow these policies may result in removal from the event without refund.
- By signing below, I understand that I will need a cart or other means to carry my items to my spot, as there is no driving on the grass. I also understand that there is no WiFi, water, or power hookup provided. I am responsible for my own trash, and if any trash is left behind, In The Park Events has the right to charge a $50 trash fee to the debit/credit card on file.
- By signing this application, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the refund policy outlined on the first page of this application.
