About the application
Commercial Food Application
The Commercial Food Application is for vendors outside of Monroe County who will be preparing food at the Forsythia Festival. We appreciate your interest in the 39th Annual Forsythia Festival, March 14–15, 2026.
The Forsythia Festival is a non-compete festival, meaning vendors may only sell items that have been approved by the Festival Committee.
Regular French fries (note: curly fries are considered an exclusive item)
Please note that local non-profit organizations and groups are given priority for selling minimal prep items such as hot dogs/corn dogs, funnel cakes, cotton candy, hamburgers, etc., before commercial vendors offering the same products are considered.
