Arts & Crafts Application
The Arts & Crafts Application is for handmade and/or unique items from vendors located outside of Monroe County. We appreciate your interest in the 39th Annual Forsythia Festival, March 14–15, 2026.
The Forsythia Festival is a fine arts and crafts show featuring both traditional and contemporary works. All items are juried based on their quality and merit. Only handcrafted items created by the artisan attending the festival will be accepted.
Unacceptable items include:
Wholesale or brokered merchandise
Merchandise mart or imported items
Factory-made products
Ready-made kits
Franchised items
Seconds or commercially produced goods

Forsythia Festival Vendor Guidelines
March 14–15, 2026 | Downtown Forsyth, Georgia
Eligibility
All media must be handmade and original. Flea-market items, manufactured products, handmade imports, commercial crafts, or items from kits are not accepted.
All work displayed must match the photographs submitted. Festival representatives will verify compliance and may require removal of items that do not meet these standards or were not approved. The committee reserves the right to reject any application.
Jurying
We seek the highest quality work and a diverse range of media, styles, and price points.
All work must be original, created by the exhibitor, and for sale.
Location
The Forsythia Festival is held in the streets of downtown Forsyth.
From I-75, take Exit 187 or 186 and turn west.
Forsyth is 1 hour south of Atlanta and 20 minutes north of Macon.
Hours
Saturday, March 14, 2026: 10 AM – 6 PM
Sunday, March 15, 2026: 11 AM – 5 PM
Vendors must remain open and staffed during all festival hours.
Vendor Hospitality
A hospitality suite is available for vendors
Vendors must bring their own PPE and sanitation supplies.
“Booth-sitters” are available if assistance is needed.
Inclement Weather
The festival is a rain-or-shine two-day event. No rescheduling or refunds will be issued due to weather. Vendors are responsible for providing protective coverings for their displays.
Rules & Regulations
Items
Vendors must list all products and prices on their application.
Only approved items may be sold. Non-approved items must be removed.
Quality of Presentation
Food vendors must maintain a professional presentation with clean signage and banners.
Vendors must supply all equipment needed for their setup.
Tent Weights
All tents must be securely weighted. Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.
Display Area
Standard booth size: 10’ x 10’ on paved streets.
Vendors must provide tents, tables, chairs, and displays.
Drilling or puncturing the street surface is strictly prohibited.
Vehicles
No vehicles may remain on festival grounds.
Removal deadlines: Friday, 6 PM for Food Row and Saturday, 9 AM for all other areas.
Vendors must park in designated lots and will receive one parking pass. Shuttle service is provided.
Security
Security provided by the Forsyth Police Department from Friday 11 PM – Sunday 5 PM.
Change
Change is available to vendors in the hospitality suite.
Booth Information
Set-Up
Booths must fit within the assigned space. Oversized booths may be fined $500.
Food Row setup: Friday, March 13, between 12 PM – 6 PM.
Other food vendors: Saturday, March 14, between 6 AM – 9 AM.
Vendors must remain in their assigned space unless approved by festival staff.
Load-Out
Breakdown begins Sunday, March 15, at 5 PM. No early teardown is allowed.
Booths must be inspected and cleared by staff before vehicle access is permitted.
Electricity & Water
Electricity (optional, must be requested on application):
120V: $25
Vendors must provide extension cords and may bring quiet generators.
Water is available at select locations. Vendors must provide food-grade hoses with vacuum breakers for health inspections.
Cancellation Policy
The Forsythia Festival is an open-air event subject to weather, acts of God, or unforeseen circumstances.
No refunds will be issued if the event is canceled or interrupted.
The Chamber and its agents are not liable for lost profits, damages, or expenses related to participation.
All disputes will be governed by Georgia law in the Superior Court of Monroe County.

- Vendors may only sell items approved by the Forsythia Festival. List ALL products and prices that will be sold from your booth. Only items listed on this application and those subsequently approved prior to the festival can be sold. This will be monitored. If you violate our approved list, you will be asked to remove those items. Sales exclusivity does not include the following items: bottled water, sodas, bags of chips, candy bars and regular French fries (curly fries are exclusive items)
