This application is intended for vendors interested in selling licensed and bulk produced merchandise. If you intend on selling fan art or hand made pieces, please see our Artist Alley registration information. In order to vend at Anime Weekend Atlanta, you must be approved by AWA. If you  are interested in purchasing a booth space please fill out our dealer application with as much detail as possible. Any omissions or inaccurate information may result in a rejection or delay in processing of your form. Your card will be charged upon acceptance of your application application. Vendor Badge Pricing: Your first booth comes with 4 badges. One (1) badge will be included with each additional booth you purchase; you must indicate you want these badges on the application. Any additional badges will be available for $90 and must also be indicated on the application. If you need to purchase additional badges at the show, they will be available for $150.

Each booth consists of one 10' x 10' pipe and drape section. Please note that the booth includes a table and 2 chairs.

Covid-19

COVID19 Policies are TBA. If you are unable to get vaccinated due to personal reasons please take extra precautions to avoid getting sick. Exhibitors must follow all sanitation protocols established for the convention such as wearing a mask and using hand sanitizer. We will provide updates via email and on our website leading up to the event as our policies chance over the next year. AWA is not responsible in any manner for any risks related to COVID-19 in connection to the event. The World Health Organization gas classified the COVID-19 outbreak as a pandemic and the COVID-19 is a highly contagious and dangerous disease, and that contact with the virus that causes COVID-19 may result in significant personal injury or death regardless of vaccination status.

Booth Cancellations

Booths cannot be refunded but may be transferred to the following year on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at dealers@awa-con.com if you have registered and will be unable to attend the 2025 show. No transfers will be allowed after November 1st, 2025.

Japanese Snack Vendors- UPDATED

Levy Restaurants is the exclusive caterer for the Georgia World Congress Center. They do not allow outside food and beverages. We do not have any control over this process. We know that Levy's and the GWCC have not enforced this policy at other events held at their facilities. During the event at any point, Levy's or the GWCC may shut your booth down or require you to pay an additional buyout fee (typically it is $1250 per day for food vendors).

Weapons Vendors 

Weapons such as swords, knives, and other metallic and /or firing weapons can be sold during the convention but must be sold in sealed boxes to persons 18 and older. Vendor is to instruct purchaser that they are to take item to either their hotel room or vehicle and are not permitted to open item on facility grounds.

18+ Policy

All images and merchandise must ensure no lewd or sexually explicit content is visible. "Lewd" is defined as any content that is sexually suggestive, indecent, or intended to cause sexual arousal. This policy includes but not limited to following: adult material, Nudity and partial nudity (For the purposes of this provision, the following definitions apply:• Nudity means total absence of clothing or covering for the human body.• Partial nudity means exposure of the female breast or the exposure of the male or female pubic area or buttocks.) sexually suggestive poses, excessive gore, or excessive violence, and pornography or otherwise excessive sexuality (hentai, yaoi, yuri,) as it pertains to art. These include both artistic and photographic types. This policy applies to both visual artwork and physical merchandise. Non-lewd explicit content may be allowed, but if your product doesn’t meet these guidelines, you must modify it to ensure compliance from all angles. Temporary fixes like Post-it notes are not allowed. Any product that doesn’t meet these standards must be hidden from public view and cannot be accessible to minors. Artwork can be in a binder or portfolio folder and handed to customers once ID has been verified. Merchandise items such as erotic body pillows, wall scrolls, etc.  must be sold in a similar manner as artwork. A catalog binder with images of the items available for sale can be handed to customers once ID has been verified. Photo ID is still required to be able to view and access these items outside of the curtained area. Should a vendor be caught disregarding this new policy they will be given a single warning. Upon second instance, they will be asked to close the shop immediately and leave at the end of the day.

Banned Items

These items cannot be sold under any circumstances at Anime Weekend Atlanta: 

• Any good and services deemed illegal under the laws of the United States of America, the state of Georgia and Fulton County, GA
• This includes unlicensed Music CDs, Video CDs, DVDs, Blu-Ray Discs, Computer and Video Game software.
• Audio and Video CDs from SonMay (SM), Golden Apple, Game Music, GGG Anime Soundtrack, Golden Anime, FX, Ever Anime A8, GM, Alion and Best Songs Collections
• Unlicensed pins, Wall Scrolls, Toys, Models (Resin or Vinyl kits), Decals, Stickers, and Posters that are not properly marked and labeled with the appropriate copyright information
• Themed apparel from unlicensed works, hats, headbands, etc...
• Unlicensed Art Books, or Manga
• Fanart

Contract Terms and Conditions

This Document forms the basis of an agreement between AWA LLC, and the vendors who wish to sell merchandises or services at Anime Weekend Atlanta, herein known vendors. AWA LLC is the host organizer and promoter of the entertainment conventions and services. Vendors in the business of buying and selling certain printed, audio, and visual material hereinafter designated at the Property identified and described as follows: video tapes, audio tapes, comic books, magazines, electronic media, CD, DVD, and other materials associated with Film/Motion picture, Animation, Comics, Manga, Video games, and all associated periodicals with in stated and unstated genre's. The term AWA LLC shall be termed to mean the individual or individuals assigned by the board of directors of AWA LLC as Vendors' Room Liaisons. Exhibitor shall be fully responsible to pay for any and all damages to property owned by the venue or AWA LLC or their owners or managers, which results from any act or omissions of the Exhibitor. Exhibitor agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless, Georgia World Congress Center, AWA LLC, and their respective owners, managers, officers, or directors, agents, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates, from any damages or charges resulting from the Exhibitor's use of the property. Exhibitor's liability shall include, without limitation, all losses, costs, damages, or expenses arising from or out of or by reason of any accident or bodily injury or other occurrence to any person or persons including the Exhibitor, its agents, employees, and business invitees which arise from or out of the Exhibitor's occupancy and use of the exhibition premises, Hotel or any part thereof.

1.  AWA LLC has contracted with the Georgia World Congress Center (herein know as 'venue') and pursuant to the terms of the contract has the authority to provide a conference room and vendor tables for the convention. AWA LLC shall be responsible for the monies owned to the venue pursuant to the terms of its contract therewith. Vendor herby enters into a contract with AWAW LLC for vendor space at the show or show. AWA LLC shall be responsible for coordinating with 'venue' the preliminary setup for the convention. Vendor agrees to contact 'venue' for any usage of telephone access and electricity in the exhibit hall, and will pay for any charges, if any. AWA  LLC will not be held liable for any fees for electricity and or telephones access in the exhibit hall.
2. AWA LLC agrees to provide roughly 10' x 10' vendor booths and passes into the convention. AWA LLC agrees to make said booths and exhibit space available to the Vendor by no later than 8:00 PM on Wednesday December 17, 2025. Vendor agrees to vacate convention hall premises by no later than 10:00pm on Sunday, December 21, 2025.
3. AWA LLC agrees to be responsible for promoting the show. AWA LLC makes no representations as to the number of attendees and/ or customers who will be in attendance. 
4. Subletting of tables is not permitted.
5. Each application will be processed on a first come, first served basis. Being a vendor previously does not guarantee acceptance in the hall.
6. Vendor shall be responsible for the actual setup of its displays. AWA LLC shall not be liable for any loss or damage to Vendor's property or for any personal injury suffered by Vendor or any of its agents.
7.  AWA personnel are unable to assist with this. You may hire labor from the Show Decorator. As it pertains for load in/ out procedures  AWA LLC has no say over what rules are in place from Show Decorator.
8. There is to be no smoking, vaping, or otherwise burning of objects within the Vendor's Room at any time.
9. All vendors shall have a signed copy of the of the AWA LLC Vendor Exhibition Contract (this document) on file with AWA LLC. No vendor shall be allowed to sell merchandise or services at the convention facility without having a signed copy on file with AWA LLC. The convention facility shall be deemed to mean any function space used by the ('VENUE').
10. Selling of items by Vendors on convention grounds, which includes the stated event location and adjoining facilities, their parking lots, other than the Vendor's Room or any other designated area noted by AWA LLC is NOT allowed during the  weekend of any AWA LLC event. This includes the selling of items inside Hotel rooms, lobby, or its facilities. Vendors who fail to comply will be ejected without warning and without refund.
11. Vendors may play audio devices at moderate volume. AWA LLC reserves the right to determine the definition of 'moderate volume.' Furthermore, AWA LLC also reserves the right as to what audio content may be played during the hours of operation of the Vendor's Room.
12. All vendors must claim their tables before Wednesday December 17th, 2025 at 10:00pm. Tables, which have not been claimed by that time, may be resold at the sole discretion of AWA LLC. Vendor agrees to hold the convention harmless for any lost investments or revenues as a result of either (a) unclaimed or (b) transferred tables. 
13. All vendors certify that they have complied with all federal, state, and local policies regarding the collection of any and all required taxes.
14. All vendors certify that have complied with all federal, state, and local policies regarding obtaining valid licenses required to participate as a vendor. 
15. All vendors will obey federal, state, and local laws and ordinances regarding the sale of material which, intentionally or unintentionally, infringes upon the trademarks or copyrights of another party. Any vendor selling material which infringes upon the trademark or copyright of another party may be ejected without warning and without refund. AWA LLC reserves the right to inspect and/or eject questionable material at any time. The includes, but is not limited to, the following products or companies: Bootlegged videos Fansubbed videos Bootlegged (burned) audio CDs, VCDs, and DVDs Burned or Bootleg video games (e.g. Playstation, Dreamcast) Bootleg Carts (e.g. Nintendo GBA)
16. Vendors shall not display material which is deemed offensive or inappropriate may be ejected without warning and without refund. Furthermore, vendors shall not sell any offensive or inappropriate materials to minors who are under the age of eighteen (18) years of age. Please see our 18+ policy above for details. Vendors who sell such materials to minors shall be ejected without warning and without refund. Failure to comply is immediate grounds for ejection without warning and without refund.
17. All ejected vendors are still subject to state law in which the AWA LLC sponsored event resides with regards to tax collection.
18. Only those vendors with Vendor badges will be allowed in the room during set-up, closing, and takedown times.
19. Vendors are expected to follow the same rules of behavior as the rest of the convention attendees during off-hours. Any Vendor ejected from the convention during those hours must leave immediately the next morning during the set-up time.
20. Vendors will have forty-five (45) minutes to close down for the night each evening. After the forty-five minutes, the room will be locked. Under no circumstances will it re-open until the posted time the next morning.
21. Vendor is responsible for the providing their own insurance, if desirable, to protect Vendor and Vendor's property from damage, loss, theft, harm or injury. Neither AWA LLC nor "VENUE" will obtain insurance on Vendor's behalf. Vendor is solely responsible for its own company exhibited material, goods, samples, and other property.
22. Upkeep of Vendor's booth, merchandise, and refuse is responsibility of the Vendor. 
23. All displays, chairs, tables and merchandise must be maintained within Vendor's designated area. 
24. There will be no consumption or possession of alcoholic beverages in the Vendor's Room.
25. Vendor agrees that the handling, viewing, and sale of adult-themed merchandise ("Hentai", "Ecchi", "Yaoi", "Yuri") will be restricted to persons of age 18 and older and that they are responsible for verification of age before any sale. Vendor agree to bag/package said merchandise in an opaque bag upon sale. In addition, adult themed- merchandise must be displayed in a manner that restricts access from the general public. Please see our 18+ policy above for details. Video displays of adult- themed merchandise are not allowed.
26. Vendor will hold harmless AWA LLC and event facilities or any of their respective officers, agents, employees, representatives or affiliates, from any liability, damage, loss, harm, claim, or injury to property or person of the Vendor, Vendor officers, agents, employees or other persons, whether caused by the negligence of AWA LLC or event facilities or from theft, fire, water, accident, or any other whatsoever that are not covered under AWA LLC's standard insurance policy.
27. Vendor releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue AWA LLC and its officers, directors, employees, members, volunteers, contractors, representatives, owners, affiliates, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all damages, injuries, losses, liability, claims, causes of action, litigation, or demands, including but not limited to those for personal injury, sickness, or death, as well as property damages and expenses, of any nature whatsoever which may be incurred, directly or indirectly, now or in the future, in any way related to COVID-19 and in connection with participation in the event. Vendor promises not to sue AWA LLC for any of the foregoing. 
28. Any promotional fees from a Vendor, Exhibitor, and/or persons representing a company involved with related industry must be presented to the CEO upfront and in writing.
29. The addition of any extra charges to be incurred ( i.e. Phone, Drayage ) Will be made available via an addendum provided by AWA LLC upon request or until an updated information is made available to vendors.
30. Vendor must furnish proof of licensed merchandise if requested by AWA LLC at any point. Any merchandise without proof must be put away upon request. 
31.  AWA LLC reserves the right to remove any vendor from the exhibit hall for any reason deemed appropriate by AWA LLC.
32. AWA LLC has the right to take pictures of any booth for any reason deemed necessary. Vendor allows AWA LLC to use the pictures for advertising, archival, or other reasons.
