About the application
Do you have something whimsical and wonderful to offer that fits the vibe of the Villains Ball? We are looking for artists, crafters, and creators who love to get a little wicked.
-We give consideration to the professional appearance of a booth.
-No MLMs.
-No AI-generated content.
-We balance vendors with attendees to try and give our vendors the best chance at success.
-We prefer artists and crafters to directly mass produce and drop ship to resellers.
-Vendors are welcome to snack and drink at the ball, food and drink fees are included with your booth.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
-Booth fees are non-refundable after July 1st, 2025.
-On location parking is free.
-Vendors are responsible for setting up and cleaning up their space.
-Provided: 1 8ft table, and 1 chair.
-Booth space is for the vendor, helpers not included.
-Helper admission is $25 to cover associated catering costs.
-Authors are responsible for their own sales taxes, and all legal filings associated with sales.
-Authors are responsible for their own security.
-The vendor agrees to hold Gathering Of Kingdoms, Limited faultless in the event of personal injury, loss, theft, or damages associated with their attendance at the event.
-The vendor is responsible for any damages to the property that they do.
-There are not helpers for vendor setup or tear down.
-Please leave your space clean after you leave.
