Welcome to the event! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions.This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Vendor Terms and Conditions

By submitting payment and/or participating in this event, the vendor agrees to the following terms:

1. Vendor Requirements

• All vendors must have proper licensing and permits, if applicable (e.g., sales tax certificate, food handler’s permit).

• Tables, tents, chairs, and other display items must be provided by the vendor unless otherwise stated.

• Tents must be weighed down (NO STAKES PERMITED). You will not be allowed to set up without tent weights

2. Set-Up and Breakdown

• Set-up will start at 6:30am and must be completed by 8am on the day of the event.

• Break-down may not begin before the official end time of the event (2pm) and must be completely packed up by 3pm.

• Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their area before leaving. Trash must be removed from the premises.

3. Fees and Refunds

• Vendor fees are non-refundable

• In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, vendor fees may be credited toward a future event at the organizer’s discretion

4. Event Conduct

• Vendors must remain professional, respectful, and family-friendly at all times.

• No loud or disruptive behavior, explicit materials, or aggressive sales tactics.

• Vendors may not sell items outside of their approved product list without prior approval.

5. Liability

• The event organizer is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

• Vendors assume all risk and liability associated with their participation.

6. Electricity and Wi-Fi

• Electricity and Wi-Fi are not offered

7. Weather Policy

• This is a rain-or-shine event unless otherwise noted.

• In the case of severe weather, vendors will be notified of cancellations or reschedules via email or text.

8. Code of Conduct

• Vendors must treat guests, staff, and fellow vendors with respect.

• Any vendor violating these terms may be asked to leave without refund.
