Beer Garden Performer Application

We’re on the lookout for talented local musicians to help bring the magic of the season to life at the ChristmasVille Beer Garden! This festive, open-air gathering spot is one of the festival’s most popular hangouts, offering live music, seasonal brews, and cozy vibes all weekend long.

We’re seeking small, acoustic-style acts that can keep the mood merry and bright with minimal setup. Whether you're a solo artist or a small group, this is your chance to perform in front of a cheerful crowd in the heart of 

Old Town Rock Hill during ChristmasVille weekend.

Performance slots will take place on:
Saturday, December 6 from 12 PM – 6 PM
Sunday, December 7 from 12 PM – 6 PM

Each selected act will be given a 55-minute performance slot, with 5 minutes allocated for setup and breakdown—so please plan accordingly. This stage is designed for low-tech performances: we’ll provide one microphone and one speaker, and limited power is available only for the equipment we provide.

To ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all festivalgoers, all performers must pass a background check prior to participating. There is a $15 non-refundable application fee, which covers one background check. If your act includes additional performers, there will be a fee of $8 per additional performer to cover the cost of their background checks as well.

• Age Requirement
  All applicants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of performance.

• Experience & Performance Samples
  Applicants must have prior live performance experience. A sample of your music (video or audio clip) must be submitted with your application for review. Acts should be suitable for a family-friendly, festive atmosphere.

• Performance Style
  This stage is designed for acoustic or low-tech acts with minimal setup. Only a microphone and speaker will be provided. Power is limited and cannot accommodate additional equipment.

• Background Checks
  All accepted performers will be required to complete a background check prior to participating in the festival. Upon approval, your card will be charged a $15 fee for one background check. If your act includes additional performers, a fee of $8 per additional performer will apply to cover their background checks.

• Event Conduct
  Performers are expected to arrive on time, adhere to the performance schedule, and treat festival staff, volunteers, and attendees with professionalism and respect. ChristmasVille reserves the right to dismiss any act that does not uphold the spirit of the festival.

• Loading & Parking
  Performers will be allotted a 5-minute loading/unloading window behind the Beer Garden. Parking instructions and access maps will be provided ahead of the event.

• Scheduling & Cancellations
  Selected performers will be assigned a 55-minute time slot. Acts must notify the ChristmasVille team at least 14 days in advance if they are unable to perform. Cancellations without sufficient notice may affect consideration for future events.
