About the application
This application is for participation in the Calera Stampede Rodeo Festival event on Saturday, October 18th. Please note: Food trucks applying through this form is for food vendors participating in the daytime festival between the hours of 10am-4pm near the Calera Courtyard pavilion and is not located inside the ticketed rodeo grounds.

Terms & Conditions
TERMS & CONDITIONS – FOOD VENDORS
All food vendors must follow Health Department regulations—no shortcuts, no exceptions.
REQUIRED:
To participate, every food vendor must:
Have a valid City of Calera Business License
Provide proof of commercial general liability insurance
Pay any applicable sales tax
Include your four-digit Calera Taxpayer ID on the application
Heads up: Your application will NOT be approved until your business license is verified. No license = no booth.
Vendor Fee: $200 (Must be paid online at time of application approval)
Important: No electrical or water hookups are available on site—please plan accordingly.
Liability Notice:
The Festival Committee, Calera Main Street, and the City of Calera are not responsible for the products or services you offer. It’s up to each vendor to carry the necessary product and liability insurance.
