About the application

Sign up to become an official Event Sponsor and Vendor of the Orlando Booze & Bites Festival on Saturday, September 13th at Festival Park!  Find the different Sponsorship Packages below, under "Related Files". This 21+, "All You Can Drink" and Delicious Bites Themed event will feature a unique and diverse Food Festival, Vendor Marketplace with Sponsors, Artists, Crafters, Small Businesses etc., Concerts, an Open Bar of a variety of Alcoholic Beverages, Beer/Seltzers, Cocktails etc., an all-inclusive Game Area, and More! Your business will benefit from the marketing exposure to hundreds of thousands of people leading up to the Event, as well as in-person, booth exposure to the 2,000 - 3,000 attendees! Terms & Conditions

  1. Sponsor Vendors will be given access to the Location no less than 24 hours before the Start Time to set up their station and prepare anything else necessary to vend at the Location. Vendor agrees to arrive no later than 2 hours before the event to set up. - Time to be dictated by the Fire Inspector at a later date. Typically all Sponsor Vendors must be fully set up by 10am.

  2. Sponsor Vendors must remove their vehicles once set up, no later than 11:00am.

  3. Sponsor Vendors are responsible for providing their set up, including Tent, Tables, Signage, Power (if needed), Tent Weights etc.

  4. This Venue does not allow Staking into the ground, however, small thin stakes are acceptable, Feather Flag Stakes and large spikes are not permitted.
  5. This Venue does not provide power vendor spots, each vendor will be required to bring their own power source (if needed) for their equipment.

  6. Sponsor Vendors must disclose to the host at the time of submission of their application, if the vendor is bringing a gas generator.

  7. Sponsor Vendors will be required to stop sales/services at 5:00PM

  8. Vendor agrees to hold the Host free from any damages or claims that may develop in connection with participating in the above-mentioned Event.

  9. This is a “Rain or Shine” event, meaning refunds will not be issued if the vendor decides they are not going to attend due to weather.

  10. Sponsor Vendor fees are non-refundable.  If the vendor is accepted to participate and withdraws, the vendor understands they will lose their Sponsor vendor fee.

  11. If the event is canceled due to an Act of God (Hurricane, Tropical Storm, Pandemic, etc.) the Host will secure a rescheduled date/venue no sooner than 1 month from the original date of the Event and your Sponsorship will be transferred.

  12. Sponsor Vendors will have the option, and it is preferred that Sponsor Vendors set up on Friday, the day before the event.

  13. Host will secure overnight security for the event space Friday night, however, host will not be held responsible for damage/theft of items left overnight.

  14. Sponsor Vendors agree to clean up their spot after the event, leaving the area the way they found it upon setting up.

  15. Sponsor Vendors understand that this is a 21+ Event, where attendees will have access to an open bar for the full duration of the event.  Sponsor Vendors will be given a Vendor Wristband, which will not grant Sponsor Vendors the ability to get alcohol while working the event.  If Sponsors wish to use the Tickets Provided to them in their sponsorship package, or want to purchase tickets to the event separately to be able to access the bar, that is acceptable.

HOT SPONSORSHIP TIER $1,000.00 - ALL OF THE ABOVE + - Option of Larger Booth Space (10 X 20) *Sponsor is responsible for booth setup (tent, table, etc) - Recognition from Band/MC on stage during event - Choose Your Booth Location *From available options provided by Battle Bros in the order of signups - 6 Complimentary VIP Event Tickets
FIERY SPONSORSHIP TIER $2,000.00 - ALL OF THE ABOVE + - EXCLUSIVE Sponsorship - Eliminates competition in your industry from also sponsoring the event. *FCFS - Promotional Item of Your Choice to be Given to Attendees Upon Entrance or at Bars** - 10 Complimentary VIP Event Tickets
NUCLEAR SPONSOR TIER (TITLE SPONSOR) $3,000.00 - ALL OF THE ABOVE + - EXCLUSIVE EVENT TITLE SPONSOR - Company Name/Logo included in official event logo and used everywhere the event name/logo is used *Only One Spot Available **FCFS - Business included in any Radio Marketing, and any/all other forms of marketing if applicable (Billboards, Yard Signs, Social Media, Flyers, Mailers etc.) - Option to Set Up Booth Space ANYWHERE in the event, including at the Front Gates. - Exclusive Stage Time - Scheduled time to speak about your company for 2-5 minutes - 15 Complimentary VIP Event Tickets
Pay By Check/Zelle/Venmo etc. $0.00 Non-refundable Select this option if you wish to pay via Check or another method. You will still be required to put a CC on file to submit the application, but your card will NOT be charged. Please indicate which Sponsorship Tier you are submitting for in the "Special Requests" box below and/or add your desired tier to the cart as well. Again, your CC will NOT be charged ANYTHING if you indicate this option.
