Please find the Full Event Details document below, under Related Files and review before submitting your application to be considered as a participant. This unique, 21+ event this will allow you to capitalize on increased attendance and sales! This is an electronic agreement and by submitting this application, if chosen to participate, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

If selected to Participate, vendor will submit to Battle Bros LLC a Non-Refundable $100.00 Vendor Fee.
Vendor understands that Host has specifically reserved space at the Event for Vendor, has incurred costs preparing for the Event and will incur costs operating and marketing the Event. If the Vendor is accepted/approved for the event and fails to participate in the event for any reason they will forfeit their $100.00 vendor fee.
Food Vendors will be keeping 100% of their Food and Beverage Sales at the event, and not be required to give out any "free" samples/food to attendees.
It is the responsibility of the Vendor to READ the "Full Event Details" document located under "Related Files" on this application before submitting their application.
Once an Application is APPROVED, refunds will not be provided to vendors who did not read any of the details and guidelines of the event.
If approved, and a vendor withdraws from the event or fails to participate for any reason, vendor fees will not be refunded.
Vendor agrees to hold the Host free from any damages or claims that may develop in connection with participating in the above-mentioned Event. Vendors will be required to provide a COI (Certificate of Insurance) to Battle Bros LLC, and may be required to show active DBPR Food License/Catering License and other Fire Code Required Paperwork per the County/State etc. *Unless obtaining a Temporary DBPR Food Permit for the event.

| Food Vendor Fee | $100.00 | Non-refundable | This is a one time $100.00 Food Vendor Fee. You will not be charged the deposit unless/until your application has been reviewed and you are ACCEPTED into the event. Food Vendors understand that Battle Bros LLC has reserved space at the Event specifically for that Vendor and has incurred costs preparing for the Event and will incur costs operating the Event. If Approved, and the Food Vendor fails to appear or participate in the Event and adhere to the Event Rules and Guidelines for any reason, the Food Vendor will not be refunded their $100 Vendor Fee. |
