Join us at the Summer Inflatables Gaming Fun Festival and be part of our exciting Kids Play Zone! We are inviting vendors who specialize in child-friendly activities and attractions. Here’s what we’re looking for:
Vendor Opportunities Include:
- Bounce Houses: Provide a safe and fun bouncing experience for children of all ages.
- Mobile Trampoline: Set up a mobile trampoline to add an exhilarating element to our Kids Play Zone.
- Mobile Gaming: Bring interactive gaming stations that will engage and entertain our young attendees.
- Face Painting: Offer creative face painting services to let kids express their imagination!
- Airbrush Tattoos: Provide fun, temporary airbrush tattoos for children to personalize their festival experience.
- Balloon Artists: Create cheerful balloon animals and designs that delight attendees.
- Games: Set up fun, interactive games that are suitable for kids and promote friendly competition.
### Registration Details
- Eligibility: Vendors must provide engaging activities tailored to children.
- Registration Fee: $125

About the event
Terms & Conditions
VENDOR PARTICIPATION
Vendor agrees to participate in the above-named event and to comply with all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
Vendors are expected to remain at their designated booths for the duration of the event unless one of the following occurs:
PRODUCT SELL-OUT
If the vendor’s inventory is completely sold out, they may pack up and leave, provided they notify a representative of Extreme Dreams Events prior to departure.
EMERGENCY
In the event of an emergency requiring the vendor to leave early,they must immediately inform an Extreme Dreams Events team member before departing the premises.
BOOTH SPACE & SET UP
VENDORS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING THEIR OWN TABLES, CHAIRS, & TENT unless provided by Extreme Dreams Events.
Vendors shall be responsible for ALL setup and tear down of their booth.
Vendor shall NOT extend their display beyond the allocated space without prior approval.
FEES AND PAYMENT
The Vendor agrees to pay a booth fee to the Organizer.
Payment must be made in full
Refunds: BOOTH FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
Vendors shall comply with all local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and permits applicable to their participation in the event.
Vendor is solely responsible for obtaining any licenses or permits required to sell their products or services.
LIABILITY AND INSURANCE
The Organizer is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to Vendor’s property during the event.
Vendor agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Organizer, its staff, and representatives from any claims arising out of Vendor’s participation, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage.
PROHIBITED ITEMS AND ACTIVITIES
The Organizer reserves the right to prohibit the sale or display of items deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
Vendors shall not use open flames, hazardous materials, or other restricted items without prior written consent.
TERMINATION
The Organizer reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and remove the Vendor from the event for failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement. In such cases, NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
FORCE MAJEURE
The Organizer shall not be held liable for any cancellation or disruption of the event due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Organizer and the Vendor and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
MAKE-UPS
Vendors will be given the opportunity to make up for an event missed, unsuccessful sales, and/or canceled event due to inclement weather or discretion by the event organizer. ALL EVENTS MUST BE DONE WITHIN THE SAME PHYSICAL YEAR.

| 10x10 Booth | $150.00 | Non-refundable | Payment on file will be charged once application has been accepted. You have 24hrs for a full refund if you choose to retract the application. Single booth space is 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep.
