About the application

At the Solano County Fair, we celebrate the richness of our incredibly diverse community in all its vibrant forms. We strive to showcase multiple cultures, heritages, and artforms.

 

Within the special area of The Village, vendors are selected for one-day operations. They must match the day's theme for consideration. All vehicles must be removed 45 minutes prior to the gates opening to the public.

Terms & Conditions

Packets submitted after the deadline will be considered after those received by the deadline. Please keep in mind that completion and submission of this application is neither an offer nor a guarantee of space during the Solano County Fair, nor does it constitute any agreement with the Solano County Fair Association (SCFA) to provide space, services or compensation.
