Food Truck Application

Thank you for your interest in our 2026 Food Truck Rally

BlerDCon is a 24 hour convention and our rally is open for the duration of the conference. While we do not require our Food Truck vendors to be open for 24 hours, our participants from last year learned quickly that we have hungry patrons all day and all night.  We will be giving priority acceptance to Food Trucks that can commit to being open for long hours.  

The application process will include the requirement of successfully completing your Temporary Food Establishment Application.  The fee for our 2026 event is $1000 per food truck.  

BlerDCon will provide:

1. Space for your food truck and/or a 10x10 pop-up tent
2. 5 complimentary Blerdcon attendee badges
3. Trash Receptacles and Trash Pick Up
4. Online advertisement via Guidebook and www.blerdcon.org

Please note: We do not provide electricity. You will be responsible for furnishing generators to power your vehicle for the duration of the convention.

This application will remain open through December 15, 2025.  Payment will be due 15 days after the day of your formal acceptance. Failure to pay within the window will automatically re-enter the slot back into the pool. It is imperative that you pay attention to your emails. We will not grant re-entry if you miss the payment due date.

Contract

To vend at BlerdCon, you must agree to the written rules and terms. A contract for all Food Truck participants must be signed at check-in when receiving their badges.

Refunds

Food Truck spaces are not refundable but are transferable.

The application will remain open through December 15, 2025.

We will begin sending acceptances on October 25th. Payment for all accepted trucks will be due 15 days from the date of acceptance.
