Warriors in Bloom Vendor Application
About the registration
Virago Alley is excited to invite vendors to participate in Warriors in Bloom, a celebration of bold figures who dared to defy conventions, changing history in the process. This event will take place on Saturday, August 2, 2025, from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Agecroft Hall & Gardens in Richmond, Virginia.
Vendor Opportunities: We are seeking vendors who align with the event's themes of bravery, empowerment, historical practices and creative techniques, ties to nature, and overall badassery. Categories include:
Artisans & Makers: Handcrafted goods, historical wares, and unique creations.
Food & Beverage: Historically inspired fare and non-alcoholic beverages.
Crafting & Interactive Stations: Activities that engage attendees in hands-on experiences.
- Nonprofit Collaborators: Discounted vendor rates will be made available to these partners.
Application Deadline: June 15, 2025 at 11:59 pm
Rain Date: August 3, 2025 from 12:00pm to 5:00 pm
Parking: Parking will be available on the grounds of Agecroft Hall & Gardens

Terms & Conditions
Applications will be processed within 72 hours after the application deadline.
You must have your booth set up before 11:30 am Saturday morning.
Please make sure that you are available for the rain date before applying.
Please respect the grounds of the venue. Manage all of your trash and dispose of it accordingly onsite before leaving.
Due to the nature of the grounds, large tent stakes will not be permitted. Smaller stakes, sand bags, or weights are required to properly secure your tent. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Please come prepared. Improperly secured tents will not be permitted.
If you need to leave early for an emergency, please discuss it with Virago Alley. Otherwise, vendors will be expected to be set up throughout the duration of the event.
Be kind and courteous to event patrons, venue staff, and your fellow vendors.
