REMINDER:
Free wifi and electricity will be available the day of the convention.. Please specify if you need electric so we can group those that need electric near outlets.
Vendors will have a Vendor Only Wifi signal to use during the convention. Attendees will be on a different signal.
Our SponsorsWithin the 60 days leading up to the event, vendors can cancel but will lose their table
payment unless a replacement vendor is secured. If a replacement is found, the original vendor will
receive half of their funds back.
In the event that the convention is canceled for any reason, vendors can choose roll their payment over to the following year’s convention.
Protecting the FloorsIf you plan to place something heavier than a table, like gridwall, on the floor, we ask that you lay down a protective barrier first. Acceptable options include carpet or double corrugated heavy cardboard .
ContractA written contract must be signed prior to load-in. Upon arrival, contracts will be available at the check-in desk.

Welcome to Nittany Con Comic Con! This application will guide you through everything you need to know to participate as a vendor, artist, exhibitor, or guest at our fan-favorite celebration of comics, pop culture, and fandom.
Please review the following information carefully before submitting your application:
General InformationNittany Con Comic Con is a multi-day fan convention celebrating comic books, sci-fi, fantasy, anime, gaming, cosplay, collectibles, and more. We are looking for passionate participants to help create an unforgettable experience for fans of all ages.
Accepted CategoriesWe welcome applications in the following categories:
Artists Alley – Independent artists, illustrators, and creators showcasing and selling original works, prints, and commissions.
Vendors – Retailers selling comics, collectibles, toys, apparel, and related merchandise.
Authors & Publishers – Book and comic publishers or independent writers promoting their work.
Food Vendors – Approved food trucks, stalls, or booths selling snacks, meals, or beverages.
Community & Non-Profits – Fan groups, educational organizations, or local nonprofits with informational booths.
Guests & Entertainers – Cosplayers, performers, live demos, and celebrity appearances.
All participants are expected to:
Arrive on time for setup and stay until the designated breakdown period.
Follow venue and event safety regulations.
Maintain family-friendly displays and conduct.
Keep booths staffed and professional throughout open hours.
All food vendors must meet local health and safety codes. You must submit copies of your food handling permits and proof of insurance with your application. Spaces are limited and granted on a first-approved basis.
ParkingParking is available on-site at the hotel venue and is complimentary for all registered participants.
Setup & BreakdownSetup: Begins at 7am on August 9th, 2025. All booths must be fully set up and ready by 9:30am.
Breakdown: Begins at 5:00pm on the August 9th, 2025. Early teardown is not allowed unless approved by staff.
