About the application

Apply to be a food vendor at the 2025 Levitt AMP Harrisonburg Concert Series. Concerts are free and open to the public and are held at Turner Pavilion in Downtown Harrisonburg. All concerts are rain or shine and all vendor spaces are located outside.

VENDOR APPLICATION & SELECTION

  • After applying, vendors will be notified of their acceptance status and dates within 7 business days.
  • Each concert will feature a minimum of 2, and maximum of 3, savory food vendors and 1 or 2 dessert food vendors. Vendors can apply to be at multiple dates, but may not be selected for every date they request. 
  • Please keep in mind that the mission of our organization centers around supporting small businesses located in Downtown Harrisonburg. If, upon review of your application, we find that your business is in direct, obvious competition with a business already located downtown, we may not be able to accept you as a vendor.

PRICING

Vendor Fees (per event date) for Wednesday Concerts:

  • Food Truck/Trailer (1) = $100.00
  • 10'x10' Food Vendor Booth Space (1) = $60.00
  • 20'x10' Food Vendor Booth Space (1) = $100.00

Vendor Fees for Saturday, July 5th Concert:

  • Food Truck/Trailer (1) = $120.00
  • 10'x10' Food Vendor Booth Space (1) = $80.00
  • 20'x10' Food Vendor Booth Space (1) = $120.00

About the event

The Levitt AMP Harrisonburg Music Series is a free, family-friendly outdoor concert series held at the Turner Pavilion in downtown Harrisonburg, Virginia. Concerts occur on Wednesday evenings, from June 25th through September 10th, with the exception of a Saturday evening show on July 5th that will be followed by the Harrisonburg Firework Show. The 10-week, free concert series serves as a catalyst for cultural celebration, economic vitality, and community cohesion, embodying the spirit of "The Friendly City"!

Terms & Conditions

  • Vendor fee payments must be received prior to the event date.
  • In order to be refunded their vendor fee, vendors must notify HDR that they need to cancel their vendor space no less than 10 business days prior to the event date. Cancellation requests made after the 10 business day deadline will not be refunded. 
  • All tents must be weighted!
  • All HDR events will be held rain or shine.
  • Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent, tables, chairs, tent weights, and any other items needed as part of an outdoor event.
  • Activities and displays must be appropriately family-friendly. Vendors that refuse to adhere to this policy will be asked to leave the event. 
  • Each vendor is expected to clean up and dispose of their own trash throughout the day and before leaving. When you pack up your booth and leave the event, nothing should be left behind in your booth space.
