This application form is for outside companies and organization interested in hosting an event at Logan Street Market. A new application MUST be completed for each event.

Terms & Conditions
1. Application and Approval
1.1. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
1.2. Market Manager reserves the right to approve or deny any application at their sole discretion.
1.3. Applicants will be notified via email or platform message if accepted, along with any additional requirements.
2. Fees and Payments (if applicable)
2.1. All applicant fees must be paid in full by the due date specified in the acceptance notice.
2.2. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of your spot or participation rights.
2.3. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
3. Applicant Responsibilities
3.1. Applicants are responsible for providing accurate information in the application.
3.2. Applicants must comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and permits.
3.3. Applicants must staff their booth/operation for the entire duration of the event/platform hours.
3.4. Applicants are responsible for their own setup, display, staffing, sales, marketing, and cleanup.
4. Conduct and Behavior
4.1. Applicants must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
4.2. Harassment, disruptive behavior, or violation of event rules may result in removal without refund.
4.3. Applicants shall not sublet or share their space without prior written approval.
5. Liability and Insurance
5.1. Applicants participate at their own risk.
5.2. Market Manager is not liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury occurring during the event or through the platform.
5.3. Applicants are encouraged to carry their own event liability insurance coverage.
6. Cancellation and Termination
6.1. Applicants may cancel by providing written notice; however, fees may not be refunded.
6.2. Market Manager reserves the right to cancel the event or terminate any applicant's participation at their discretion, especially in cases of misconduct or policy violation.
7. Use of Media
7.1. Applicants grant market management permission to use photos, video, or recordings of event guests and their booth, products, or team for marketing and promotional purposes.
8. Changes to Terms
8.1. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation implies agreement to any updates.
8.2. The License Agreement remains fully binding, and all associated restrictions and regulations continue to apply.
