Vendors in this category are limited to non-profit organizations for the express purpose of distributing and disseminating information and educational material. Distribution of water or food is not permitted. Any applicant applying to participate in the event as a non-profit must provide evidence of their non-profit status. Non-profit is defined as one of the following:• A corporation incorporated pursuant to the Nonprofit Corporation Law that is exempt from taxation and can show proof with a 501(c)3 form from the Internal Revenue Service.• An organization that was organized and is in operation for charitable purposes and meets the requirements of Section 214 of the Revenue and Taxation Code.

About the event

Spooky season starts here! Enjoy an evening filled with ghoulish grub (in partnership with Food Truck Mania) and trick-or-treating for the kids (pre-registration required). The event is free to attend, but a $5 suggested donation per trick-or-treater supports the Don Ralls Scholarship Program—a great way to give back while celebrating. Space is limited, secure your ticket today. Seeking Trunks & Treats: Represent your group, company, business, or family. Decorate a trunk and hand out treats. Register your trunk today! Seeking Sponsors: Help us keep this event accessible to our community at no cost. We're actively seeking sponsors and partners. If you're interested, please email events@ . Prices

Application fees $25.00 Non-refundable There is a $25 non-refundable application and processing fee for those accepted into the event. The fee will be automatically charged upon acceptance. Those who are not accepted will not be charged.
10x10 Non-Profit Booth $25.00 Single booth space is 10 feet wide by 10 feet deep.
