About the application
Welcome to the event. We are screening food vendors and looking for each of you to submit your menu including at least one french fry "concept". Let's get creative and have fun to wow the crowds!
This application is for West Reading Liquor Licensee who plan to sell food and drink from their space. Non- West Reading Liquor Licensees are not accepeted to the event at this time but may use the artist/vendor application to sample product and sell by the bottle in accordance to PLCB guidelines.

This application is meant for West Reading Liquor Licensees only. Please contact Nick at nick@visitwestreading.org for more information. Event is Rain or shine. We do not provide tents, tables, chairs or electric. Vendors/Artists bringing or using electric/heating elements must abide by West Reading Fire Safety Code. TENTS MUST BE WEIGHTED
The WRCRF will use the information provided to determine applicant eligibility and reserves the right at its sole discretion to accept or decline Vendor/Artist participation. Eventeny (this event platform) charges a 3% fee for its use. The fee is passed along to Vendors.
