About the event
Terms & Conditions
All food trucks are expected to be fully licensed, inspected and must have active liability insurance.
All vendors are expected to be self-sufficient when it comes to any necessary tables, tent / shade, power, point of sale system, cellular connectivity (Verizon 5G only on-site), ice, water, and trash and recycling. No waste water disposal on-site.
All food preparation needs to be done in a licensed and inspected kitchen. Food for the event must be stored with proper temperatures maintained for the duration of the event. The county health inspectors will be coming around to each vendor to ensure they are properly permitted and to make sure they are complying with all health codes before the event opens to the public.
Trucks will be required to load in by 11:00am and need to stay for the entirety of the festival (11pm or once all crowds have cleared the space to safely navigate). No vehicles will be allowed to drive through any guest areas between those hours.
Parking in the on-site designated vendor lot is inlcuded in the cost.
NO BEVERAGES will be approved to be served by food trucks. All beverages will be sold by the festival (some exceptions may be made for dessert drinks - please include description of those items in your application for approval).
