54th SEPTEMBERFEST
Sponsored by the Village of Schaumburg
The Taste of Schaumburg is held the first two of the three days of the festival on Saturday, August 30 and Sunday, August 31 and features a maximum of twenty-four (24) of the area's best restaurants. Not-for-profit organizations partner with restaurants and food vendors to sell food and beverages on Monday, September 1. Restaurants sponsoring not-for-profit organizations may also serve alcohol on Monday.
APPLICATION DEADLINE
Preferred Application Deadline*: Tuesday, June 10, 2025
*Applications submitted after the Preferred Application Deadline of June 10 and no later
than July 1 will incur an additional $100 fee if the restaurant is accepted into the fest.

Terms & Conditions
Septemberfest accepts local restaurants, not food vendors or trucks, for participation in the Taste of Schaumburg at Septemberfest. Restaurants must be located in Schaumburg or the Schaumburg suburban area to participate in the Taste of Schaumburg at Septemberfest. Please see attached Taste of Schaumburg Guidelines for Septemberfest 2025.

- Are you interested in partnering with a non-profit organization to sell food and beverages on Taste of Schaumburg's Not-for-Profit Day held on Monday (Labor Day)? Restaurants sponsoring not-for-profit organizations may also serve alcohol on Monday.

- All restaurants will be required to use a refrigerated truck to store its food requiring refrigeration.
