About the event

Halal Food Fest (HFF), is a family friendly day long food festival established by the Al-Rahmah School Education Trust (ASET). The event was established in 2012 with one goal in mind: Uniting the Ummah one bite at a time! What better way to bring people together than food! Our purpose is to create an extraordinary experience for our community to enjoy delicious halal food while shopping and socializing. We provide a safe and family friendly food festival that is enjoyable for all ages! All proceeds from the event go to ASET, ensuring Al-Rahmah School has the capabilities to cultivate excellence and support the educational needs of their students. Since its inception, ASET has had the mission to generate long-term results. Halal Food Fest plays a vital role in raising funds without ever needing to have a traditional fundraiser. Prices

Cleaning Fee $250.00 A cleaning fee has been applied as trash was left in your booth after the event. As stated in the guidelines, all vendors are responsible for removing their own trash to avoid the fees.
Property Damage Fee $150.00 A property damage fee has been applied to cover the cost of repairing damage to the fairground caused during the event.
Food Truck $1,000.00 This reservation is for trucks up to 25ft. If additional space is required, you must purchase it separately.
Food Booth $750.00 This reservation is for a 10x10 space. If additional space is required, you must purchase it separately.
Drink Truck $750.00 This reservation is for trucks up to 25ft. If additional space is required, you must purchase it separately.
Dessert Truck $500.00 This reservation is for trucks up to 25ft. If additional space is required, you must purchase it separately.
Drink/Dessert Booth $500.00 This reservation is for a 10x10 space. If additional space is required, you must purchase it separately.
Additional 10 feet of space $250.00 Select this option if your setup exceeds the standard space allowance (25 ft for trucks or 10x10 for booths). This includes setups with grills, griddles, smokers, or any equipment that extends beyond your reserved area. Examples: - Using a grill or griddle outside your booth - Bringing additional prep tables or equipment - Operating a smoker or BBQ pit beside your truck This extra space ensures safe and comfortable spacing between vendors.
