GENERAL INFORMATION
This event is RAIN or SHINE as the vendors are located inside of the Pavilion.
** BOOTH SIZES & VENDOR PASSES ** Booth sizes will range in size beginning at a 10'x10' ~ All Vendors are allotted one (1) booth space. Additional booth spaces may be purchased. Each Vendor Booth will be allotted two (2) Vendor Passes that must be visible at all times. Additional Vendor Passes can be purchased at $5.00/each.
As a vendor, you MUST provide your own tables, chairs, electricity and tents (if needed).
** FEES **: Please see the booth sizes & pricing listed below. Fees are due at the time of registration and are non~refundable.
** SET~UP **
All Vendors MUST BE Set~Up by 12:00pm Friday, March 13th & ready for business beginning at 1:00pm on Friday, March 13th, 2026. You will have TWO options for set~up, they are as follows:
- THURSDAY, MARCH 24TH, 2026: You can begin to set~up at 1:00pm until 5:00pm.
- FRIDAY, MARCH 13TH, 2026: You can begin to set~up at 8:00am (& must be set~up by 12:00pm)
- TRAILERS: If you are bringing your products in a trailer, you will be required to unload your trailer into your booth and then you will move your trailer IMMEDIATELY (you will NOT be allowed to unload & set~up your booth at the same time). This is to allow courtesy to the other vendors.
** BREAKDOWN **
All vending materials must be removed from the area no later than 5:00pm on Saturday, March 14th, 2026. You are responsible for removing all materials and discarding all debris and trash from your assigned area in the large trash cans provided by the facility (outside of the entrance gate) ~ NOT placed in the public event trash cans inside of the facility.
** RAFFLE PRIZE DONATION **
As a vendor of the show, a minimum Raffle Prize Donation of $50.00 whether it be in your product, a Gift Certificate to your company or another type of raffle prize is to be donated/relayed to the event organizer by 6:00pm on Friday, March 6th, 2026. A portion of all proceeds will be donated to the charity.
** SECURITY **
Mountain Top Jeepers shall not be responsible for any stolen, lost, or damaged items of equipment or personal belongings. You shall be solely responsible for the protection and safeguarding of valuables and release the aforementioned parties from any losses or damage to your property. Please handle your affairs as you deem appropriate with respect to protecting your equipment and belongings.
** IMPORTANT REMINDERS **
- You are responsible for controlling your staff, and all vendors must conduct themselves in a courteous, polite and professional manner.
- Prohibited items for sale: Mountain Top Jeepers PROHIBITS the sale of any items that are illegal to sell, distribute or purchase in the State of Georgia.
- A note about the weather ~ Weather is quite variable this time of the year. Be prepared for both warm sunny weather and heavy rain and to secure your booth against the elements. Mountain Top Jeepers or any partner is not responsible for any damage to any part of your booth or your merchandise. Vendors are fully responsible for protection of their property and for securing their tents and display.
- Absolutely NO drugs, alcohol or weapons are permitted on the Fairground premises.
