Terms & Conditions
By applying to and participating in the Carolina CryptidCon Tour 2026, you agree to the following terms:
1. Application & Approval
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Applications are reviewed and approved based on fit, space, and event balance.
Once approved, vendors will receive a confirmation email and invoice.
2. Fees & Payment
All booth fees are due when you receive approval.
Fees are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by the organizer.
No-shows or voluntary cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
3. Set-Up & Tear Down
Set-up times will be shared via email in advance.
Vendors must be fully set up at least 1 hour before opening.
Early teardown is not permitted without prior approval from organizers.
4. Weather Policy
This event is inside and is rain or shine.
No refunds will be given due to inclement weather.
5. Electricity
Electricity must be requested in advance and is subject to availability.
6. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, signage, and setup materials.
Vendors are responsible for keeping their space clean and trash-free.
7. Sales & Tax
Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting any applicable sales tax.
The event organizers are not responsible for tax collection or reporting.
8. Vendors are not allowed to sell alcohol.
9. Behavior & Content
This is a family-friendly event. No explicit, offensive, or inappropriate materials are allowed.
Organizers reserve the right to remove any vendor not complying with event policies without refund.
10. Liability Waiver
The event organizers, venue, staff, and sponsors are not responsible for any injury, damage, theft, or loss incurred by vendors.
Vendors exhibit and participate at their own risk.
11. Media Release
By attending, you grant permission for your image, booth, or products to be photographed or filmed for promotional use by Carolina CryptidCon Tour and affiliated media.
VENDORS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SELL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
VENDORS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SELL ANYTHING THAT HAS ANY OF THESE WORDS

Prices
| Single booth | $250.00 | Non-refundable | Fee is for 10x10 space for two days. Set up is July 24, 6am-10am Exhibit time is 11am-9pm July 24 and 9am-9pm July 25. Pack up is 9pm-12am. July 25. Special requests are not accepted 9am-9pm This is a application, you are not guaranteed a space unless you are approved. You will receive a email confirmation with approval or denial. |
