Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the Uwharrie Bigfoot Festival / NC Bronco Super Show 2026 – Land of the Lost! This is a 3-day outdoor event celebrating Bigfoot, cryptid culture, folklore, and fun in New London, NC. Please complete this application to be considered. Once approved, you will receive more details.

ELECTRICITY IS NOT AVAILABLE

QUIET GENERATORS ARE ALLOWED

The fee is for 3 days and includes 2 weekend passes with 10x10 space and 4 weekend passes with a 10x20 space, anymore then that is an extra cost to vendor.

All vendors are required to stay set up ALL three days until the end of the festival Sunday at 6pm. Unless approved by festival committee. 

Vendor Terms & Conditions

By submitting this application, you agree to the following:

1. Application Approval

All applications are subject to approval. Submission does not guarantee participation. You will be notified via email upon approval.

2. Booth Fees & Refunds

Booth fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

No refunds for no-shows or voluntary withdrawal.

3. Set-Up & Breakdown

Vendor setup times will be communicated prior to the event.

Vendors must be fully set up before event start time.

Early breakdown is not permitted without prior approval.

4. Weather Policy

This is a rain-or-shine event. No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather.

5. Electricity & Generators

Electricity is not available

Quiet generators are permitted for vendors who need them

6. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for their own tents, tables, signage, and displays.

All tents must be secured with weights.

Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax.

7. Permits & Licenses

Food vendors must provide appropriate health permits and insurance.

All vendors must comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

8. Conduct & Content

This is a family-friendly event. Offensive or inappropriate materials will not be allowed. Nothing drug related is allowed to be sold.

The organizer reserves the right to remove any vendor not complying with event rules.

Be respectful to the festival staff, other vendors and customers!

9. Liability

The event organizer, venue, and sponsors are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property. Vendors exhibit at their own risk.

10. Media Release

By participating, you agree to be photographed or filmed for promotional purpose.

11. ALCOHOL IS NOT PERMITTED TO SELL
