Vendor Application

Looking to clear out some of your collection or some old cosplay items you don't use anymore? Looking to add to your collection?
 
We're hosting an anime flea market! Sunday, October 12, from 10am to 6pm!
 
This is a FREE event to attend! Tickets are only for sellers to reserve a table space!
 
There will also be a food truck on site!
 
Sellers will be given a full table, 6ft of space!
Table sharing is also fine. Artists are more than welcome to come sell as well!
We provide tables, tablecloths, chairs, canopies, and water for all the sellers.
The market will be held in the parking lot outside of Anime Paradaisu, under canopies.

Rules:

Please only bring anime, cosplay, or Japanese related items. We want to stick to our theme as much as possible!
This is a family friendly event! Dakimakuras, figures, anime cases, manga; anything above 16+ must be censored with tape! 

If you have doubts or questions about your items being allowed, please contact the store so that we can help determine what is acceptable. 

Booth types:
 
End of Aisle booths get 3 tables
 
Corner booths get 2 tables
 
Solo and Shared booths get 1 table
 
All booths come with 1 chair! Additional chairs and tables can be added during booth selection.

Please be aware that tables not claimed by 12pm on the day of the event will be considered abandoned! They will then be offered to the next person on the waitlist! If you need to arrive after 12pm that day, please contact the store so we can make a note on your space.  

Refunds for cancellations:

May 10 - August 31 : 100% refund

September 1 - September 28 : 50% refund

September 29 - October 12 : No refund

We will no longer be accepting walk in vendors! For any abandoned spaces, we will only be contacting people on the waitlist to take tables!

Booths may NOT be given away or sold to unapproved vendors! If you cannot attend, you are not allowed to give your booth to someone who has not been approved by Anime Paradaisu. If a booth is given away without approval, the person running the booth will be asked to leave without refund.

If you would like to share your table(s) with another vendor/artist, please include their name and social media link in your application.
