Welcome to the 4th Annual Chattooga River Fest! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
ALL VENDORS
à All vendors will receive notification of approval or denial by June 3, 2024. If you do not receive
notification by that date, it is your responsibility to call the organizers at 706.466.9014.
à All vendors must abide by the strict set-up and break-down times given them in their finalized vendor
packet, sent upon approval and full payment of all registration fees.
à Be completely set up at the start of the festival and stay till the end. Saturday June 8, 2024 10a-3p
à This is a rain or shine event. Prepare for the worst weather conditions.
à There are no refunds. All proceeds go to fund Chattooga River Group Inc projects to improve the beauty in and around the river, enjoyment on the river and preservation and conservation of the river.
à Each vendor is responsible for their own booth area to keep it clean and safe. Pay close attention to tent guide wires/ropes and power cords; mark them with fluorescent paint or tape.
à Keep all hazardous materials and appliances secured behind barriers.
LOCAL NONPROFITS
à All nonprofits must serve Chattooga County, although they may be located outside the county.
à Nonprofits may receive a full refund for fees if, and only if, they fulfill their obligations as a vendor,
according to the Vendor Rules & Regulations set forth for ALL VENDORS.
FOOD VENDORS
à Commercial Liability Insurance is not required, but it is highly recommended.
à All menu items must be priced in plain sight for the customer.
à Keep your area clean. Trash bins will be provided. Please, bring XL trash bags in case the bins are full. All grease and cooking liquids must be removed and taken away by the vendor at the close of the event.
SPECIALTY ATTRACTIONS AND ENTERTAINMENT
à If you are providing an interactive ride or game, safety precautions and different space layouts must be put in place according to specialized agreements with the organizers. Let us know in the “Description”
portion of the application exactly what your attraction or ride is so that we can cater the application for your needs.
