This 2nd Year, 2-Day event will allow you to capitalize on increased attendance and sales! This is an electronic agreement and by submitting this application, if chosen to participate, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Terms & Conditions

FULL EVENT DETAILS DOCUMENT LOCATED BELOW UNDER "RELATED FILES"


1. Vendor agrees to hold the Host free from any damages or claims that may develop in connection with participating in the above-mentioned Event. 

 

2. If selected to Participate, vendor will submit to Battle Bros LLC a Non-Refundable $300.00 Vendor Fee.

 

3. Vendor understands that Host has specifically reserved space at the Event for Vendor, has incurred costs preparing for the Event and will incur costs operating and marketing the Event.  If the Vendor is accepted/approved for the event and fails to participate in the event for any reason they will forfeit their $300.00 vendor fee.

 

4. Food Vendors will be keeping 100% of their Food and Beverage Sales at the event, and not be required to give out any "free" samples/food to attendees.

 

5. It is the responsibility of the Vendor to READ the "Full Event Details" document located under "Related Files" on this application before submitting their application.  

 

6. Once an Application is APPROVED, refunds will not be provided to vendors who did not read any of the details and guidelines of the event.

 

7. Food Trucks/Trailers with a Suppression System or Gas will be required to submit their Hood Suppression Inspection Report, Hood Cleaning Certificate, Gas Leak Detection Documentation, and DBPR License to Battle Bros Events/Fire Marshall.

 

8. All Food Vendors will be required to submit a copy of their Food License/Catering License etc.  **If a vendor does not have a Food License, we can assist in helping you obtain a temporary event food license. 

 

9. Vendors are responsible for their own set up/station. Including cooking equipment, tents/tables, tent weights/stakes, power, lights etc. 

10. Vendor agrees to arrive by the later designated required time for set up and fire code inspection. Typically vendors must be fully set up, “ready to go” ~3 hours before the start of the event, usually 9:30am.

 

11. Vendors will sell items for at most $5.00 per serving and have at most (5) food menu items.

12. Vendor’s menu items must be listed and sold as A LA CARTE. Not offering meal deals, sides included in individual menu items etc.

13. Vendor agrees to stop vending at 8:00PM on the First day and 6:00PM on the second day.

14. Vendor agrees to be on-site and ready to go by 10am the second day of the event.  Ready to serve customers for the open of the gates at 11AM on the second day.

15. Vendor shall leave the Location free from trash and in a similar condition that it was in before the Vendor arrived.

Prices

Food Vendor Fee $300.00 Non-refundable This is a $300 Event Fee to participate in this event. Vendors will be keeping 100% of their Food and Beverage Sales at this event, and will not be required to give out any "Free" items. You will not be charged unless/until your application has been reviewed and you are ACCEPTED into the event. Food Vendors understand that Battle Bros LLC has reserved space at the Event specifically for that Vendor and has incurred costs preparing for the Event and will incur costs operating the Event. If the Food Vendor is APPROVED and fails to appear or participate in the Event and adhere to the Event Rules and Guidelines, or withdraws from the event for any reason, the Food Vendor will not be refunded their $300 event Fee.
