San Japan 2025 18+ Night Market Booths - Jury Application

This application is intended for artists and vendors selling only 18+ ADULT ARTWORK, SERVICES AND PRODUCTS. IF your portfolio does not show ADULT products, your group will not be accepted into this section.

The cost of the Night Market table is $350 + 3% platform fee per space.

It includes 1 10' x 10' Booth with one 8' Table, and 2 Artist Badges. Pipe And Drape is NOT included,

You do have the option to purchase a second 10' x 10' booth in 2025.

This will take place over two nights, Friday and Saturday, from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. 

DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR FEDERAL EIN. YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE IMMEDIATELY REJECTED BEFORE IT REACHES THE REVIEW PROCESS.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A TEXAS SALES TAX ID NUMBER, IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED NOT TO APPLY AT ALL. WE CHECK EVERY SINGLE APPLICATION WITH THE TEXAS COMPTROLLER'S OFFICE INCLUDING IF IT IS ACTIVE APPLICATION.

NO, you can not split it amongst other artists.

This is a jury application. After general screening to ensure all applicants have submitted the correct Texas sales tax information. All applicants will be immediately billed to the credit, debit, or ACH payment on file when selected.

Follow-up information will be sent to approved artists once the approved payment has been processed. 

All applicants will be billed to the credit, debit, or ACH payment on file upon approval. We will select an alternative applicant if the payment is not processed. All credit/debit cards on file must be ready to accept payments of up to $450 per booth.
