WeebCon comes to Indianapolis and we want you in Artist Alley. Showcase your original art, fan creations, prints, and handmade merch to a crowd of excited anime fans. Whether you’re a seasoned convention artist or just starting out, WeebCon Indy is the perfect place to connect with fellow creatives, meet your audience face to face, and grow your following. Let’s make the Midwest even more weeby one table at a time.

WeebCon comes to the MidWest! We are excited to expand on our celebration of anime and Japanese culture. Industry guests, workshops, photo opportunities, and community engagement comes to your door step Indianapolis!

Miscellaneous Policies
• By purchasing a booth at WeebCon, you agree to follow all rules and regulations set by WeebCon staff.

• The vendor hall is family friendly. Selling 18+ merchandise is not allowed on the general public exhibitor floor.

• There is no minimum sale guarantee.

• Selling merchandise that was not listed or approved in your application may result in removal without refund.

• If any trash, merchandise, or clutter is left in your space after load-out, you will be billed a $150 cleaning fee and risk being barred from future shows.

• You may only purchase one Artist Alley booth. These are affordable spaces designed to give up-and-coming artists a chance to showcase their work.
• If you are found selling non-artist merchandise in these booths, you will be removed from the show with no refund.

Prices

Artist Booth $275.00 Non-refundable Booth Placement is random. The following lists what you can expect to receive in it's entirety, there is nothing additional included with the booth. Space includes the following: - 8x6 Booth Space - (1) 6ft Table - (2) Two Chairs - 2 Vendor Badges (Additional Badges will be $80 a piece)
Facility fee $15.00 Non-refundable

  • Is this booth going to be run by a Proxy? (if yes, please provide documentation approving the employee)
  • Please describe what you will be selling at your booth (please note,no food,weapons or swords are allowed to be sold withous the express written consent.
  • Please type YES to confirm that you understand that you cannot sell weapons, swords, tobacco, vape, food, drink, animals, timeshares, or bootlegs, and also to indicate that you will adhere to all items in the agreement listed below and at checkout
  • We require all vendors to have table coverings and all boxes, trash, storage hidden at the show. Please type YES to agree to this policy
