This application is for the Greenport craft fair.

About the event

The popular Greenport Fall Craft Fair is back. The fair will take place on the grounds in front of the Greenport School. The school is located on the busy road heading into the picturesque town. The date will coincide with the busy Labor Day weekend in which many families head east for a long weekend on the north fork. Saturday August 30th with a rain date of August 31st. Craft, art, artisanal food, and curated merchandise vendors are welcome.

Terms & Conditions

Set up will start at least 2.5 hours before opening time. No vehicles on grass, must unload, park vehicle then set up booth. Tents, tables are not provided, tents must be properly staked/ weighted, tables must be covered to the ground. Tables can be rented for the day. The rain date is Sunday. If both days are rained out there are no refunds or credits. This fair benefits the Greenport Boy Scouts.

Approval is at the discretion of the promoter.

Merchandise sales 10'x10' Space (non food)	$125.00	Non-refundable	10'x10' space, tent table not included.
Packaged food 10'x10' Space	$150.00	Non-refundable	Prepackaged food items such as desserts, sauces, spices, snacks.
Promotional 10'x10' Space Non merchandise sales	$250.00	Non-refundable	For generating sales leads. Such as home improvement, sales professionals, promoting businesses. Life insurance, window, roofing, siding, gutter categories are filled.
Covered 6' Table rental for the day	$10.00	Non-refundable	Six foot table with a black cover rental for the day.
Space for food truck or food made on premises for immediate consumption.	$225.00	Non-refundable	For food trucks or booths that cook food on premises for immediate consumption. If food truck let us know the total length of truck.
