Terms & Conditions

Food Truck Application Terms and Conditions:

  1. Eligibility:

    • All food truck vendors must possess valid business licenses, health permits, and insurance coverage.
    • Vendors must comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  2. Application Process:

    • Complete the application form by the specified deadline.
    • Applications will be reviewed based on criteria such as vendors who apply, if chosen then your application fee will be charged and we will send an email telling you of your status
  3. Fees and Payments:

    • Vendor fees must be paid in full by the deadline.
    • Fees are non-refundable unless the organizers cancel the event.
  4. Setup and Breakdown:

    • Vendors must arrive and set up by 9:30 AM
    • All equipment and supplies must be removed from the premises by 6 PM.
  5. Parking:

    • Designated parking areas for food trucks will be provided on-premises and across the street.
    • Personal vehicles must be parked in the vendor parking lot.
  6. Health and Safety:

    • Vendors must adhere to health and safety standards, including regular inspections by health officials.
    • Cooking oils and waste must be disposed of properly and not on-site.
  7. Conduct:

    • Vendors are expected to maintain professional conduct and cleanliness throughout the event.
    • Any violations may result in immediate removal from the event and forfeiture of fees.
  8. Liability:

    • Vendors are responsible for their own equipment and products.
    • The event organizers are not liable for any damages or losses vendors incur. 
  9. Cancellation Policy:

    • Vendors must notify organizers of any cancellations  30 Days before the deadline to receive a refund. If after 30 days then NO refund.
    • Failure to comply may result in penalties or exclusion from future events.

Space for Food Truck $100.00 (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable We are excited to welcome food truck vendors to our upcoming Fall Festival! This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your culinary delights to a diverse and enthusiastic crowd. To apply, please complete the application form, submit required space needed for your truck, and review the vendor fees. Ensure your application is submitted by the deadline to secure your spot.
