Calling all Food Tent Vendors! Only $75! Join us at the Annual William Edmondson Arts & Culture Festival in Edgehill! 

• This festival will honor and celebrate the legacy of Edgehill’s famous historical artist William Edmondson, by promoting and nurturing the arts in Nashville. Apply here to "pitch your tent" in one of our 10x10ft booth spaces.

• The multi-acre site will be teeming with attendees; interacting with art and craft exhibitors, enjoying mainstage performances, and participating in family-friendly activities including kids' painting lessons, puppetry, and more! Last year we had over a thousand attendees; this year we expect double that attendance or more!

Details

• A portion of the festival site will be set aside as a "food court", for Trucks and tent vendors, with limited seating and lots of open space for picnicking. This is near the Kids Zone and artist tents, for visibility and traffic.

• Setup begins at 7:30AM. Must be ready to go by 9:30AM. Show starts promptly at 10:00AM and runs until 4:00PM. For safety of attendees, tents may not be removed from site before 4:00PM

• Food trucks must be self-contained, with your own battery power source, if needed. No electric power is available on site. Generators are not allowed in any "tent booth spaces". Only Food Trucks will be allowed generators

• Trailer-style setups are considered Food Trucks. Apply as a Food Truck if you have a detached trailer. Contact us if you have questions.

Cost: (individual 10x10 space for your own tent):

• Early Bird Registration- $50 if signed up by 6/30!

• For food vendors with your own tent and display materials

• Standard Registration fee of $75 until 8/31

• Last Minute Registration fee of $100 if registered 19/1-10/21
