We are looking for food vendors for the Wood, Fire, Smoke 2025 Festival. So get ready as 15,000+ hungry festival-goers will be clamoring for a plate.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
Wood, Fire, and Smoke reserve the right to approve or deny this application. IF ACCEPTED, YOUR CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL RELEVANT FEES THAT YOU HAVE SELECTED IN YOUR APPLICATION. All charges have an added 6% processing fee which is split 50/50 by Wood, Fire, Smoke, and you the applicant. This is an electronic agreement and by completing the application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. If your payment method on file is declined, you will be notified by festival staff. You will have 7 days to update your payment method, if not you will be automatically waitlisted.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations can be made until September 1st, 2025. If you withdraw from the festival on or before September 1st, 2025, you will receive a refund of all expenses. No refunds will be issued if the withdrawal is after September 1st, 2025.
If you purchased the Cancellation Insurance through the application, you will be refunded all fees minus the cancellation insurance fee if the WFS Festival initiates the cancellation of the festival itself due to weather or hurricane and other acts of God. It does not cover extras purchased or loss of sales.

| Cancellation Insurance | $40.00 | Non-refundable | Cancellation Insurance fees will be charged upon approval. Cancellation Insurance provides reimbursement for all fees minus; the Cancellation Insurance fee, and any transaction fees if the Blackberry Festival initiates the cancellation of the festival itself due to weather, hurricane, or other acts of God. It does not cover extras purchased or loss of sales. All charges have an added 6% processing fee which is split 50/50 by the Festival and you the applicant. |
| Electrical Outlet fee | $45.00 | Non-refundable | Outlets are limited. The electrical Outlet fee will be charged upon approval. All charges have an added 6% processing fee which is split 50/50 by the Festival and you the applicant. |
