The Summer Concert Series at The Barlow is a 10-week summer event from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, featuring live music, food, drinks, and a vibrant market atmosphere. This series brings together local vendors and performers to create a lively experience for the community. Vendors will have the opportunity to showcase their products while guests enjoy a relaxed evening of entertainment. The market will run concurrently with live music performances and will provide a welcoming environment for attendees to shop, eat, and socialize. About the event
Terms & Conditions
Eligibility: The Summer Concert Series welcomes a variety of vendors, including but not limited to local makers, artisans, food vendors, and product sellers. Vendors from other business categories will also be considered on a case-by-case basis. All vendors are responsible for obtaining the necessary permits and licenses required to sell in the state of California. Food vendors, including baked goods, must have a Temporary Food Facility (TFF) permit from the county to participate.
Refund Policy: Once your application is approved, the booth fee will be charged automatically, along with a small processing fee. If the event is canceled due to rain or other unavoidable circumstances, you will receive a full refund for your booth fee.
Application Status: Applications are reviewed as they are submitted, and approval notifications will be sent out on a rolling basis. If your application is approved, you will be notified via Eventeny.
Responsibility for Property: Vendors are responsible for the security and maintenance of their booth and any property they bring to the event. It is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure their setup complies with all local regulations and event guidelines.
