Craft artists are more focused on using tools and materials to create a specific tangible object or product. They are creative individuals who make unique, functional, or decorative objects by hand using a variety of materials and techniques. Create or reproduce handmade objects for sale and exhibition using a variety of techniques, such as welding, weaving, pottery, ceramic glassware, textiles, wood, metal, furniture, jewelry, clothing and needlecraft that are designed to be functional.

Please note: Applying does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are reviewed by our committee, and you will be notified of approval or denial.
Payment Options/Categories are as follows: -NO REFUNDS will be given for any fees taken.

· Payment Plan as follow have the option to pay a DEPOSIT of 1/3 your booth fee and will be required upon approval, 1/3 deposit due on November 15, 2025, and balance on January 15, 2026..
· 10x10 Tent Rental Pkg (Tent, Table, 2 Chairs & Sides) in addition to above booth fee - $325 + $22.75 sales tax = $347.75
Booth spaces measure 10’ x 10’. All displays and activities must remain within your assigned space and must not physically or audibly infringe upon neighboring booths. If you need additional space, select the 10’ x 20’ (double booth) option in your application.
Special booth placement and accommodation requests are considered by the Committee but are not guaranteed. Requests will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis when possible. Be sure to include all requests in your application.
During the event, Festival Management Group staff will conduct inspections to ensure compliance with event policies. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal and/or disqualification from future participation. The decision to remove an exhibitor rest solely with the Festival Management Group.
All tents must be weather-resistant and securely weighted with at least 40 lbs per leg (more in windy conditions). Weights must be attached using rope or straps—bungee cords are not allowed. Setup will be denied if not compliant. See “Canopy Weight Guidelines” in the RELATED FILES section of your Eventeny application.
The Vendor Manager will inspect booths before the event. Vendors without proper weights will not be allowed to participate, and no refunds will be given.
Balances Due:
Exhibitors with an outstanding balance will not be allowed to participate. Any unpaid balance must be paid in cash at check-in.
PARKING:
We do not provide designated parking for exhibitors or sponsors. Free and metered parking is available on streets surrounding the event footprint. (The City of Delray Beach uses the ParkMobile system downtown—please follow posted signs and time limits to avoid tickets. We are not responsible for ticketed or towed vehicles.)
You will receive an Exhibitor Identification Form that must be printed and displayed on your vehicle dashboard. This is required to identify you as an exhibitor and may help prevent towing.
Booth Tear Down:
Teardown begins at 5:00 PM on Sunday. Vehicles will be allowed on-site only when approved by police or event staff. Bring a dolly or hand truck to assist with load-out, especially if vehicle access is delayed. No vehicles are permitted on-site after Friday’s load-in deadline—use a hand truck if needed.
Old School Square Exhibitors:
If you are assigned to the Old School Square section, vehicles are strictly prohibited on grass. Please plan accordingly for load-in and load-out. We may offer paid golf cart support for vendors needing assistance with transporting items. Details will be provided closer to the event.
Items to Bring:
Handy items you may want to bring to setup your booth include – staple gun, cable ties, duct tape, pens, batteries, and scissors.
Electricity:
NO ELECTRICITY is provided. If power is needed, you will need to provide your own quiet generator.
Security:
You are responsible for all valuables, items, and prizes at your booth. Delray Affair Management Team employs private security; however, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items from your booth.
Equipment:
Unless you have ordered (and paid for) a rental package, you are responsible to provide your own tent, weights, tables, and chairs.
Liability Insurance:
All exhibitors must submit TWO (2) separate Certificates of Liability Insurance with coverage of $1,000,000 / $2,000,000, naming the following as Additional Insured/Certificate Holder:

Text Alert System:
Please provide the cell phone numbers of all people working in the booth on your application at the time you apply as we will be adding them to our text alert system. This system is utilized to communicate load-in/load-out updates, severe weather info, lost child reports, etc. during the event.
Sales Tax:
Exhibitors are responsible for the collection, payment, and reporting of their own sales tax. We will email you with a Sales Tax Form with your set-up information prior to the event.
Staffing:
Please make sure the people staffing your booth are familiar with Delray Affair Booth Policies & Guidelines.
Setup Information:
At least one month prior, load-in and setup information will be provided to all exhibitors via your Eventeny Application in the ‘Related Files’ section. An email will go out when documents are uploaded and ready to be viewed.

No Show Policy:
Artists who have not checked in and/or notified event with a message via festival office phone (561-376-3667) or email (teamFMG@festivalmanagementgroup.com) by 7:00 am on
the first day of the festival will be considered NO SHOW and the assigned space will be forfeited.
Rain, Shine, Cancellation Clause:
By submitting an application and payment, the Event Exhibitor Applicant acknowledges and agrees that all sales are final. No refunds or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances, including inclement weather, unforeseen incidents, or safety concerns, unless the event is officially canceled or postponed by the event organizer.
The applicant understands that the safety of participants, attendees, and staff is the top priority. In the event of a safety hazard or emergency, the organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event at their sole discretion—without obligation to issue a refund.
Participation in the event is voluntary and carries inherent risks. By applying, the applicant accepts full responsibility for their safety and waives all claims against the event organizer or related parties for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience resulting from changes to the event due to safety or emergency conditions.
This policy is binding and non-negotiable. Submission of an application and payment signifies the applicant’s full understanding and acceptance of these terms.

Application Fees & Payments:
- The application fee is non-refundable and charged upon receipt.
- Returning vendors requesting the same booth must pay 1/3 of booth fee upon acceptance; 2nd payment due Nov 15, 2025, and final balance Jan 15, 2026.
- Full payment may be made at any time.
Prohibited Products:
- CBD and Delta 8 products are strictly prohibited.

Booth Use:
- No shared, sublet, or transferred booths.
- Artists may only display work in the category submitted and must be present with their own work.
- Misrepresentation may result in dismissal.
Display Restrictions:
- Items must remain inside your tent and sidewalls.
- Do not walk the event selling, spread items behind booths, or solicit outside your space.
- Booths must be secure and weather-resistant.
- Place broken-down cardboard outside your tent for pickup.
Booth Appearance & Maintenance:
- Boxes/cartons must be hidden from view.
- Keep your space clean, secure, and within your assigned area.
Conduct:
- Professional conduct is required. The committee may remove anything deemed inappropriate—products, people, or behavior.
Teardown & Cleanup:
- All booths must be torn down and removed by 7:00 PM Sunday.
- Abandoned items will be discarded.
Full Participation Required:
- Exhibitors must participate all three days and all event hours.
- Early breakdown may result in disqualification from future events.
Electricity:
- Electricity is not provided. Quiet generators are permitted with pre-approval for suitable placement. Cords must be taped down.
- No electrical cords may be run from local businesses or light poles—violators may be cited.
- Food & Beverage Policy:
- No food or drinks may be sold or given away by artists or business exhibitors.
- No plastic straws. Single-use plastics (e.g., Styrofoam) are discouraged.
- Noise Control:
- Noise must be contained within your booth. No music, live demos, or shouting sales (hawking).
- Sales Tax:
- Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax.
- Parking:

- RV/trailer parking is limited and first-come, first-serve if available.

- RV Parking, once confirmed you will receive additional instructions regarding accessibility to RV lot.
- No vehicles may be parked adjacent to booths.
- Fire Safety:
- Exhibitors must comply with all local fire codes and regulations.
- Security:
- Delray Police and private security are present during event hours; only private security remains after hours.
- As this is an outdoor event, exhibitors assume all risks for their property.
- Communication:
- All event info is sent via Constant Contact, FMG, and Eventeny email platforms.
- Do not unsubscribe or you may miss critical updates. Check spam folders regularly.
- Tent Requirements:
- Tents must withstand wind/rain and be secured with at least 40 lbs per leg (more in high winds).
- Use straps or rope—no bungee cords.
- Exhibitors without proper weights will not be allowed to set up.
EVENT STAFF CONTINUALLY ENFORCES THE RULES OF THE EVENT TO ENSURE THAT ALL WORK SHOWN IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THESE GUIDELINES. VIOLATION OF THE RULES MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EJECTION FROM THE EVENT WITH NO REFUND. THIS ACTION WILL RESULT IN THE BANNING FROM FUTURE PARTICIPATION.
Your online application and/or return of the registration materials indicate your understanding and acceptance of the Rules of Participation and General Policies. Rules Committee members circulate during the show and any vendor observed not following the rules may be immediately dismissed and will not be allowed to participate in the Delray Affair again. Reasons for expulsion from the show are not limited to these violations and any artist or vendor may be put on probation or excluded at the discretion of the Delray Affair.
During the term of this agreement, the vendor assumes all risks in connection with the permitted activity and shall be solely responsible for damage or injury, of whatever kind, to the person or property, directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with the permitted activity or the conduct of the vendors’ operation. Vendor hereby expressly agrees to hold harmless Greater Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce, City of Delray Beach, Festival Management Group, its agents, volunteers, employees, officers and directors for penalties for violation of any law, ordinance or regulation affecting its activity and from any and all claims, suits, losses, damages or injuries directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with permitted activity or conduct of its operation or resulting from the negligence or intentional acts of vendor or its officers, agents or employees.
