Terms & Conditions

Vendor Fees – All vendors must submit full payment in advance to secure their space. Vendors will not be granted access to the event grounds or receive pre-event communications until payment has been received and processed. Space is only confirmed once payment is received in full.

 

Booth Space – Each vendor will be provided with a 10' x 10' activation space. Vendors are responsible for bringing and setting up their own 10' x 10' tent, tables, chairs, and any additional setup materials.

 

Event Duration – Vendors are required to remain fully set up and operational for the entire duration of the event to ensure a high-quality experience for attendees. Early breakdown or departure is strictly prohibited.

 

Electricity & Water – Unless explicitly stated in pre-event communications, electricity and water will not be provided for vendors. Vendors should plan accordingly and bring necessary equipment if power or water access is required.

 

Weather Policy & Refunds/Transfers – The event will take place rain or shine. Refunds, credits, or transfers will not be issued due to vendor cancellations, inclement weather, or unforeseen circumstances outside of the organizer’s control.

Market Vendor - Snacks/Edibles $300.00 Non-refundable 10 x 10 Space for Market Vendors selling snacks, treats and other edibles. Does not include the sale of open food/beverages.
Expo Vendor $500.00 Non-refundable Expo Vendors are businesses and service providers looking to showcase their products and services to festival attendees in a high-traffic, engaging environment. This category is ideal for home services, insurance companies, law firms, financial services, wellness brands, real estate agencies, and other professional services. 10 x 10 Space
Tent $150.00 Non-refundable Equipment rental of a white 10 x 10 Canopy tent. Does not include the Vendor Fee for the 10 x 10 Space.
6ft Table Rental $25.00 Non-refundable Equipment rental of a 6ft white banquet table. Does not include the Vendor Fee for the 10 x 10 Space or a tablecloth.
