About the application

The International Margarita Organization is inviting top taco vendors to join us for the Taco & Margarita Festival! This is your chance to showcase your best tacos and gain massive exposure while serving up delicious flavors to thousands of hungry festival goers.

 

How It Works:

  • Guests purchase sampling cards with Food & Drink Vouchers
  • They visit vendors and redeem one voucher per food item
  • Vendors cannot accept cash or card transactions—only vouchers
  • Vendors collect and redeem vouchers post-event for a payout

What You Need to Bring:

✅ Food truck or tent setup
✅ Be prepared to serve at least 1,500 samples
✅ Feature up to 3 menu items (tacos, elote, paletas, flautas, etc.)
Samples must be prepped and ready to serve—no cooking to order

 

What We Provide:

$2 per voucher redeemed
Exposure to 5,000+ festival attendees
Tent (if needed)
6ft table (if needed)

Terms & Conditions

READ THE BELOW IN ITS ENTIRETY

By submitting this application and participating in the Festival, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

 

1. Event Participation

The International Margarita Organization (Organizer) will host the event on the date and time listed above.
The Taco Vendor agrees to participate as a vendor and comply with all event requirements.

 

2. Taco Vendor Responsibilities

As a participating Taco Vendor, you agree to:

  • Provide at least 1,500 pre-prepared taco samples (or other approved menu items).
  • Feature no more than two (2) menu items from the approved list (tacos, elote, paletas, flautas, etc.).
  • Ensure samples are ready to serve upon requestno cooking to order.
  • Accept only event-issued vouchers as payment (cash/card sales are prohibited).
  • Have at least two (2) representatives present at all times to serve samples.
3. Organizer Responsibilities

The Organizer will:

  • Provide a tent, table, and linens (if requested).
  • Market the event to ensure strong attendance.
  • Manage voucher collection and vendor payouts post-event.
  • Provide event infrastructure, including vendor placement, logistics support, and customer flow management.
4. Fees & Payment
  • A $200 registration fee is required to secure participation (limited-time early bird pricing).
  • The standard vendor registration fee is $500 if not booked within the early bird window.
  • Vendors will receive $2 per voucher redeemed, with payments processed after the event.
5. Cancellation Policy
  • If the Vendor cancels within 14 days of the event, they will be responsible for reimbursing the Organizer for marketing and material costs, up to $4,000.
  • If the event is canceled by the Organizer, all vendor fees will be refunded in full.
6. Liability & Compliance
  • The Vendor is responsible for complying with all health and food safety regulations.
  • Each party agrees to indemnify and hold the other harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from their negligence.
7. Agreement Terms
  • This agreement is legally binding and governed by the laws of the state in which the event is being held.
  • Any modifications must be in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

By submitting this application and payment, the Vendor confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and agrees to participate in the Festival under the outlined terms.
