About the application
JOIN US as a vendor at Palm Beach Pride, happening from Noon to 6 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday.
According to The Palm Beach Post, last year's festivities saw approximately 9,000 people in attendance over the weekend. To secure your spot, we recommend registering early, as vendor spaces tend to fill up quickly.

Approved vendors will be provided with six (6) individual one-day admission tickets (Palm Beach Pride is a two (2) day festival, with each day requiring an admission ticket; please plan accordingly).
NOTE: This is not the form for Food Vendors (vendors providing sweet or savory, food or drink). Food Vendor registrations processed under this form may result in delay or rejection.

- I have reviewed and agree to the Terms and Conditions of Palm Beach Pride and Compass’ Code of Conduct (available in the Related Files section). I understand Compass reserves the final decision on participation.
- I acknowledge that, as a general vendor, I am not permitted to sell food or drink from my booth.
- I understand that each vendor is provided a 10’x10’ space within a shared 20’x20’ tent located in central rows throughout Bryant Park. Final placement is determined on the Friday before the event after tents are installed.
- I understand there is no dedicated vendor parking. Vendors may briefly drive near their booth for setup Saturday morning, then must find parking on surrounding streets. Parking in the Boat Ramp lot may result in a citation.
- I understand that per City of Lake Worth Beach regulations, vendors must carry liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 and submit proof with Compass Inc. listed as an additional insured by March 6, 2026.
