Be a Food Vendor at Palm Beach Pride!


Join us for Palm Beach Pride, taking place from 12:00–6:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday.

 

According to The Palm Beach Post, last year's festivities saw approximately 9,000 people in attendance over the weekend. To secure your spot, we recommend registering early, as vendor spaces tend to fill up quickly.

 

Vendor spots fill up quickly, so early registration is highly recommended.


Registration will close at end of day on March 6, 2026, or once all spaces are filled—whichever comes first.

 

📍 Food vendors will be located in the northeast section of Bryant Park.
⚡ Please note: electricity will not be available at the park.
🎟️ All approved vendors will receive six (6) individual admission tickets.

Join us for Palm Beach Pride, THE largest cultural event in Palm Beach County, as we celebrate unity, diversity, and a brighter future. Here's what you can look forward to: 🎉 Festival Highlights: • Vendors: Explore a diverse array of vendors offering information and unique products. • Entertainment: Enjoy a fantastic lineup of local performers and talent throughout the event. • Cuisine: Savor delicious offerings from food trucks, vendors, and specialty beverage vendors. • Family & Pet-Friendly: Bring your entire family, including your furry friends. • Youth Village: Engage with our youth-focused activities and programs. 💖 Give Back to the Community: Palm Beach Pride is not just about celebration; it's about making a difference. All proceeds from the event directly support Compass Community Center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the local LGBTQ+ community. 👮🏽 Your Safety Matters: Your safety is our top priority. We'll have on-site security to ensure a safe and secure environment for everyone. If you encounter any issues, please locate festival security or a festival staff member. 🎒 Allowed Items: • Low-back chairs or blankets • Clear bags • Bags and strollers (subject to thorough search) • Sunscreen lotion and non-aerosol bug spray • Hula hoops 🚫 Prohibited Items: • NO Alcohol or flasks • NO Coolers • NO Glass whatsoever • NO Illegal substances, drugs, or drug paraphernalia • NO Knives or weapons of any kind • NO Flammable lanterns or fire of any kind • NO Fireworks or explosives • NO Balloons • NO Scooters or personalized motor vehicles • NO Bicycles, skateboards, and scooters inside the festival grounds • NO Tents or canopies • NO Lasers or light pointers • NO Large, staked, or golf umbrellas (small handheld umbrellas are allowed) • NO Flag poles • NO Soliciting or unlicensed vending of any kind • NO Drones or UAV's 🛡️ FOR EVERYONE’S SAFETY, ALL BAGS AND ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO VISIBLE INSPECTION.

  • I understand that I must submit my complete menu, including prices and credit card processing fees, to Compass before the event. I also understand that all pricing and fees must be clearly displayed at all times.
  • I have carefully reviewed and agree to the Terms and Conditions of Palm Beach Pride and Compass’ Code of Conduct. I understand that Compass Community Center reserves the right to determine vendor participation.
  • I understand that I will be provided: One (1) 10’ x 10’ tent; One (1) 6’ table; and Two (2) chairs
  • I understand that there is no dedicated vendor parking. I agree to follow setup instructions and seek street parking after unloading. I acknowledge that parking in the Boat Ramp lot may result in a ticket.
  • I understand that, per City of Lake Worth Beach regulations, I must carry liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 and provide proof by March 6, 2026, with Compass Inc. listed as an additional insured.
